So we have been 3 times total to this place and each time the service was terrible. They lack in customer service and some are terribly rude! It just seems as if its a big cluster! I would not recommend if you are in any hurry or want a good experience

This place was awful. Service was remarkably slow, prices were a bit on the high side, and the service staff had no faith that the kitchen could prepare food. Seafood Ceviche was good, but the place smelled like a horse stable that needed cleaning. And it's not much 'tiki' as bar. The tiki part of the bar a roped off and not accessible. We were hungry and intended to order lunch, but left after an appetizer and drinks.

The signature Holiday Isles Rum Runner is a thing of the pastthe best I can do to describe the rum runner now is Hawaiian Punch with a splash of rum. Definitely not worth the $12 charged for it. The conch fritters were delish, though!
