  Professional, unique, on time and gorgeous. You can have a dream dress but the most important is to have a Perfect Designer. A dress is unique and it will look perfectly on your body only if the designer can do the work. Janna did an outstanding and meticulous art on my dress. She knows that each dress can look different on each body and that’s why she takes the time to pick the right design for you. I trusted her hands since I met her. Because she dedicated sufficient time for me, every appointment was made only for me, we had tea time together and everything was smooth and positive. I still remember the moment I tried my dress, it was made only for me and every detail was designed for my needs. Very thankful for her work.

  I've never done a bad review, but my wedding day was very much affected by the couture gown that was made for me by Jana Ann Couture. I have sent several messages to them and they refuse to respond to me and are completely ignoring me. I spent thousands of dollars at her store to have my dream dress created. Although my dress was beautiful on the outside, it really didn’t matter, because I couldn’t even wear it the entire day.
  
  My dress was not ready for pick up until 2 nights before my wedding. At that point, I was not able to pick it up so I had my sister go by to grab it on her way to my house from the airport. I actually have a video of the seamstress still sewing my bustle the night that my sister went to her home to pick it up. So the dress was still not ready and my sister had to wait for a half hour for her to finish sewing on all the ribbons. It is a COMPLETE lie that my dress was ready before this. I had gone in for my final fitting at Jana Ann couture a few weeks before and after the FINAL fitting, she still needed to complete the bustle and take in the waist by a smidge. I am adding this to my review because of the response I received below, I actually have a video of the seamstress finishing my dress at her house 48 hours before my wedding, so their response to my complaint is simply not true. They have not done anything to ease my disappointment. All they have done is offer a bunch of untrue excuses.
  
  I literally had to take my dress off after my first dance, and my sister had to go back to my hotel room and grab my rehearsal dress for me to wear at my wedding because there were so many needles and metal rods poking me in the waist which gave me cuts and bruises. I had to start my ceremony a half an hour late, because my wedding planner had to duct tape the inside of my dress so that I wouldn’t bleed or be poked anymore.
  
  I am completely disappointed that I was treated this way. Especially being that I am a fellow Wedding vendor. I have created and styled hundreds of weddings over my career and I was so excited to finally have my special day and it really was ruined. My husband and I can barely talk about it because it was so upsetting. I hope that they can work on communicating better with their clients. I recommend just buying off the rack with them and not having them create a custom design because it is obviously out of their wheelhouse to do a custom design.
  
  My initial experience the first time I came to Jana Ann was so special and I left feeling so hopeful and excited. They were all so kind and honestly I do believe that they are all genuinely kind people but that doesn't excuse the treatment that I received after my wedding day. It is absolutely wrong. I would NEVER behave this way to one of my client's. I would accept that I made a mistake and use it as a learning experience and not respond back to the bride with a long list of dates and excuses that are not accurate at all. It is heartbreaking to be honest.

  The best moment of my wedding planning was my experience getting my dress! These amazing ladies worked to find my dream dress with my budget and were amazing and super supportive to help make my dreams come true!!! A really great group of ladies to work with and make you smile and cry at the same time! I found my dress and said yes!!! And I get to get married in the dress that truly makes me feel like a princess!

  I’m leaving three stars because my dress ended up breaking in two different spots when I was dancing on the dance floor.One of the straps broke completely off one shoulder and the A-Line mesh ripped entirely down my chest . It ruined my night and I ended up crying about it for and hour outside and had to cut the night short since I couldn’t dance anymore or even walk around in the dress . Luckily my sister had a shawl she wrapped around me so I could at least say bye to the guest.The designer and her team themselves are extremely nice and accommodating . They make you feel very welcomed and work with you . The dress was absolutely stunning , but it should have never ripped the way that it did at the end of the day. Especially with paying close to $1,000 in alterations. They still have one of a kind dresses and a wonderful staff and I’ll still recommend future brides to them because Jana is amazing and so is her staff. Just be cautious of the alterations or possibly get a second dress to dance in , I sure wish I did.

  I absolutely LOVE my beautiful custom designed purple dress and my whole Jana Ann experience! I honestly have tried to come up with the right words for this review… I’m not typically someone at a loss for words but the way Jana Ann took time to sit and talk to me, took the time to get to know me, listened to understand who I am and how I wanted to look made the whole experience soooooo much more amazing than I ever imagined has left me speechless and incredibly thankful to have met her! I’m also not someone that ever thinks anything looks good on me, I’ve truly struggled my whole life with body image. And well let me tell you, my own jaw dropped when I saw how perfect my custom Jana Ann dress fit my body and for the first time ever I thought I looked beautiful!!! My dress is absolutely the most stunningly gorgeous dress ever created and I feel so beautiful in my custom purple Jana Ann wedding dress I’m trying to find more events and reasons to wear my wedding dress again and again! I’d like to thank Jana Ann and her team from the bottom of my heart for making me feel incredibly special and beautiful from the very moment I met her all the way up to my wedding day!!!
