  When I had a flat tire a couple of blocks away they came to me with an air tank and put enough air in my tire to get me to their shop. Best thing - they didn't charge me any extra!
  Knowledgeable staff. Timely service and outstanding customer service!

  Drove up from Greenville and found a nail in my tire. They inspected it within minutes of my arrival. The tire needed replacing, which they did at an excellent price. They even rotated my tires for free to keep long term wear in mind! Friendly, honest, and timely. Great service.

  Very honest, helpful and kind staff! I had a nail hole in my tire (tire was only 6 months old) that my local Johnson City Toyota dealership declared "not patchable" and would require a new tire. Jan Davis Tire Store was the only one in the area that could get my particular tire by the next day as I would be traveling to GA. When I arrived - fully prepared to buy a new tire - the staff inspected my damaged tire and gave me the great news that it could be easily patched! I was out of there in a few minutes with a good-as-new tire for around $20. They were so honest and helpful when they could have completely taken advantage of my ignorance of the situation. For that, Jan Davis Tire Store has my gratitude and business all the way from Johnson City, TN.

  I've been shopping here for years. Very knowledgeable staff, great prices good variety of brands including Michelin (my favorite) plus high performance sport tires. Fast delivery of special sizes. These guys beat the pants off national chain stores, really. Alignment & brake service has been superior as well. They are an excellent example of why you should Shop Local.

  Was visiting Biltmore and thought I heard my tire leaking. Called Jan Davis and they took a look. Took care of me immediately, which was greatly appreciated. Didn't find any problems, which was a relief. Charged me a very low price. Staff was friendly and courtesy.

  Prompt and professional service here. Always quick, and courteous. Honest folks here that won't try to sell you what you don't need to make a buck, but earn your trust as a customer. Service speaks for itself.

  Great folks - - they knew we weren't going to be "repeat" business, as we were traveling from South Carolina home to Iowa, but they got us in their shop in quick order, found the bolt stuck in our tire, fixed it promptly and had us underway. All around nice people and staff, I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

  Good pricing and service. Really helpful when calling with your tire size and kind of tire you want and they'll give you prices on full set and labor. Schedule a time and you're in and out in 45 mins.
