  I didn’t buy a vehicle but I had some car trouble and I can honestly say I had a great experience. My car is working perfectly, and the repair was done the day after I brought it there. Easy, fast and convenient.

  So after my last review I got a phone call from Toby apologizing for the last sales reps mistakes and remarks. I also got a phone call from the finance manager as well also apologizing for the reps behavior. With all of that being said they were able to keep us in our budget, price range and needs. Toby and the manager did go above and beyond to make things right.
  
  Today we are walking away with a 2017 Chevy Malibu with 8 miles on it! We are please thus far with it. Due to them going out of there way to help us with getting out of our old SUV, my husband and I will come back to work with Toby personally. He didn’t discredit our credit and he was judgment free.

  I've purchased a few cars in my day. This was the best process and experience I've had. The salesman, Ryan, was knowledgeable and straight to the point. I told him my budget, he had a few chats with the financial team, and we reached a great price. The financial manager Larry also went above and beyond. He got me the best financing and was very helpful with getting me a dealer warranty. I would like to thank the team and anyone that made them successful. I will definitely be back because of Ryan and Larry!

  Received flyer and got an appointment. While waiting decided to check couple cars and found what I was looking. While in parking lot called and spoke with Heather, who suppose to send me sales person to car's location. After waiting for 20 min decided to go inside and was told to wait next to car. I tried to give stock number but nobody could find it on their system. Appointment was scheduled at 5:30 pm and finally got really nice gentlemen who was directed to me at 6:47 pm. I understand that they are busy but would suggest to visit if u got some extra time.

  From the top down, Service Manager to Employee, always a great experience. They all work hard ensuring the job, no matter the size, is handled with speed, efficiency and done right. I have personally worked with Jason Kraver who has been nothing less than professional and accommodating each and every time! Great job, great team, loyal customer!!!

  I was greeted promptly and treated in a warm & friendly manner. I was asked how everything was going with my new vehicle and if I had any concerns. The waiting area is clean & comfortable and I was offered coffee while I waited. My wait time was very short and I was on my way. I have always been treated well at James Chevrolet.

  What a great day spent at James Chevrolet! I am in love with my car and Jeremy Ruther was so patient as I looked at different vehicles and test drove them all changed my mind several times..all to end up with a fabulous ride!! 2017 Malibu and I LOVE IT!   I have to say I have never written a review or even bothered complaining about someone before today. I walked into the beautiful new building that you have and tried to ask a simple question or for help in the service department. I went to the first door I believe the sign said "Christina D" she was a very unpleasant person and immediately acted as if I was annoying her. She was eating her breakfast and when she noticed me she stopped eating and as she was raising her head to finally acknowledge me she rolled her eyes. She was zero help and extremely annoyed by my presents. I seriously hope that she is not in customer service because she represented everything that I personally would not want as an employee of mine.

  My congrats to James Cars for providing me with one of the best car buying experiences to date. From my salesman Justin, to the General Manager George, I was treated with complete professionalism and respect. My new vehicle transaction was without pressure and detailed to the end. I left there without any question in my mind, "What about this?" The next day I was contacted by the GM and advised I had left valuables in the car I traded and was returned to me. The efforts of the staff to get me into the vehicle of MY choice was above and beyond! Would definitely buy again from James Cars and would recommend to anyone in the market for a car.

  1st new car, 2017 Chevy Malibu. We arrived at the dealership and was greeted by one of the staff, Larry, he was very helpful , gave us a tour of the new dealership and WOW very clean friendly staff and a great selection of cars. Our salesman name was also Larry and made our car buying experience super easy and zero stress. ( wish we could buy a car every year) the car is awesome and priced under our budget which is a plus. Would definitely purchase from James Chevy again. Thanks everyone !!!
