Staff was not that friendly. the drinks were good though
Came here yesterday, normally I love the Mango-A-Go-Go. Although yesterday my smoothie didn't test like it at all. the fruit wasn't ripe, an poorly done. I won't be coming back.
I go to Jamba all the time and I understand that there is no perfect customer service but this was by far the worst customer service I have ever received at a jamba ever. The two young emoyees on shift around 9:20 A.M. June 6th seemed a little frazzled and on edge. After waiting at the register for the cashier to even notice us I understood why. This older gentleman turned around and impatiently took our order. My friend and I were paying together and he didnt even ask if we were together or sperate and not wanting to also be obnoxious I ordered seperetly my card was declined and I asked him if he could try running as debit rather than credit and he barked a reply saying "it's an automatic system man!" And I went to transfer money over and he was being so impatient my friend stepped in and just swiped his card instead. His poor coworkers weren't talking to each other or anyone else as he angrily rushed around the store doing various things. There was some confusion between my friend and me on which drink was which because they were similar anf looked the same and he never asked for our names. names clearly aren't important as he wasn't wearing a name tag either. I work in the service industry and I'm so dissapointed in the overall mood of the store and the service I recieved.
The past 2 times I have been in to get a bowl they are completely out of fresh fruit. I don't understand how this happens and there is a Harmons 20 seconds away.
I typically go to Tropical Cafe but went to Jamba hoping it would be similar. The taste was not as good and the size was smaller for the same price. Wife's smoothie was undrinkable.
Yummy drinks, quick service. I've been in others where there wasn't enough staff, but this one had someone at each station so only had to wait about 2 minutes to get our order.
I go to the this Jamba Juice every morning and either order the oatmeal or the energy bowl, chunky strawberry. It never fail, every time the, I believe the owner or store manager, makes the food, he skimps so much that the energy bowl doesnt taste good or he doesnt mix it well enough so I have chunks in the mix. I went this morning and it just tastes watery. no flavor at all. Whenever I order the oatmeal he only gives half of what everyone else at his store or the jamba juice on 12300 S gives. I feel like he is trying to save cost. Plus, he is not friendly nor does he seem like a people person at all. I would go there every morning and now, I am posting this so that he knows why he has lost me as a customer. I will be getting my oatmeal and energy bowl from a different Jamba Juice from now on. UPDATE: I just called the owner to provide feedback to him and why I would no longer be a customer of his. He just gave me excuses and didnt even try to rectify the situation. no apology what so ever.
I have loved Jamba since I was a kid. They have so many options and the employees have always been awesome. That is not the case here. I have been in 3 times and now actively avoid returning after this last time. The employees always seem to have an attitude and act like they hate being there. Every time I've been in, I have to wait for an employee to realize I'm there and come out front from the back. I am always very courteous while ordering but have consistently received a cold response in return. Such a shame, I live across the street and Jamba is my favorite. Guess I'll have to find it elsewhere.
You love it. but it hates my wallet. We got 2 big smoothies and it was like 25$. geese
They always make it right! I am a pain in the butt with my special order, and they are always happy to do it. The owner is awesome. I go out of my way to come here. Thanks guys!
I had an absolutely horrible experience here. I ordered two Orange Berry Blitz smoothies with fresh squeezed orange juice. They were disgusting! They tasted bitter. I went back in to ask if they were sure they used fresh squeezed orange juice. The manager assured me they did. Were the oranges rotten? Who knows. Needless to say, the manager was not very friendly or helpful and the smoothies went to waste. I will never be going back to this location.
