Customer for over 30 years. Bad food no taste, dried out, seems like cooked the day before and warmed up by microwave. Complained to waitress and she said nobody listens to me in the kitchen because I am a woman. Found the restaurant dirty and dusty, guess nobody ever cleans the place. Complained on the way out and no one cared. My hard earned money will be spent elsewhere now and never again at the Jade.

Been going to the Jade for many years, the entertainment has gone way down hill. What happened to all the regular entertainment, karaoke? Disgusting. Bring it all back. The last few weekends the wife and I have gone there the place was Empty. Sad.

I have been a small business in this town for 11 years and I have never been treated this poorly by another business. I brought family from out of town to them for take out and I'm embarrassed that I suggested the Jade Dragon. Despite our cordial demeanor, we were met with impatience. The customer service is RUDE and dismissive. Everything was the same dark brown color--even the vegetables. Only the over-cooked broccoli was distinguishable. The fried rice was bland--it all appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp too long and the discoloration was severely unappetizing. Nothing was fresh. I could've forgiven the the rude customer service had the meal at least been decent, but it appears the food is as bad as their attitude. HUGE disappointment. I suspect the bar is what keeps them in business.

Horrible food! Tastes just awful. Worst Chinese restaurant we've ever been to. And the ceiling was leaking onto our table. VERY noisy - the music and crowd in the bar is overwhelming making it very difficult to enjoy a meal.

If you have children that don't like Asian food, don't try to bring something else for them to eat. You will be asked not to come back. Instead of getting some money, you will get NO money!

Customer of Jade for years.. since GFang ownership..Recently had Grad party with takeout order for lots of food from Jade.. food was cold, wrong count, some over done.. they told us cooks called out.. Went down today .. they offered small refund on one item.. may take three weeks to process. Funny..when charging food it was applied immediately though.. We said we may not dine there again. Person on duty said he does not want us back anyway.. he said one customer won't break them nice attitude..We'll spread the word!

Impressed! I didn't get a chance to eat the food while it was hot but oh my it stumped every chinese place I've ever been to. EVER!! Thanks guys. You could actually tell the food was made here!

Traditional new England style Chinese food at its best! If you grew up in the Northeast than you will love the food here, the poopoo for two is my favorite, the crab Rangoon and egg rolls are superior to all others. Keep your eye out for some great coupons in there menu, good deals all the time!

I've been to Jade Dragon 3 times now. My favorite items on the menu are the General Gau's and Chicken Fried Rice. Both of these are much, MUCH better than from any other restaurant in the area. Their soups and crab rangoon are also decent for the price. I only took one star off because the spices they use on the beef teriyaki and teriyaki wings is awful - tastes like dish soap. My girlfriend likes them for some reason, so maybe you will too.
