I have traveled the country and in all my travels this deli is second to none. Their sandwiches are PHENOMINAL! Their meats are superb! I have driven hundreds of miles for one of their sub sandwiches on occasion. Outstanding!!!

Love to shop here for my meats and sandwiches. The best around staff is always friendly. There can be a line to wait but never all that long. If your in a hurry then call ahead. That's what I do if I am rushing. You can also pick up the few little things you need for dinner without going to the grocery store and taking forever. Quick convenient and has reasonable prices. Careful ordering a full sub it feeds a family of four. I get a half and split it with hubby usually with a little potato salad and that's more than enough.

Ordered sub boxes for a baby shower subs were good the only reason for not giving 5 stars is I was not allowed to have the lettuce tomato and onion or anything other than mayo mustard and oil on the side if I didn't want it on the sub I couldn't have it so people were picking stuff off the subs the didn't like kinda disappointed with that

OMG the biggest sub I ever ate. Lot of meat I could have fed the whole family with one sub. I'll will travel from Albany just to get another one. There the best I ever had. NO JOKE

I wish I could rate beyond 5 stars!
First off, their "half sub" has more meat than 2 footlong Subway subs at a fraction of the cost. If you dare to get a full size, it will feed you for 4 meals. They don't skimp on meat or cheese quality at all either!
Beyond that, their spice wall is stocked and affordable in BIG containers. Lots of snacks, drinks, pre-packaged food, and hot food. They recently renovated the whole interior and it gives it a much higher end feel but keeps the high quality and low prices.
Stop here for food if you are headed north for skiing!report this review -

If you're heading into the ADKs for camping or just passing through go get a sandwich here. My wife and I were going camping near raquette lake and each got an italian "half". It was near dinner so we split one "half" for dinner. The next day after the other one sat in the cooler after a long hike we split the huge "half" for lunch. It was delicious each time and I will stop there every time I'm passing by. I will make sure to get some fresh meat for grilling over the camp fire next time.

Holy Cow. Huge Subs. Be careful in getting a full sub for yourself. It can feed 4. Their half sub is like a footlong plus at subway.

Best meat shop I've ever been too. There subs are my favorite always stop here on our way up to the lake. They definitely don't cheap out on the food, large portions.
