Severely disappointed after reading several positive reviews. The macaroni and cheese tasted like stouffers, the baked beans like Bush's baked beans from the can. The candied yams were from a can. The barbeque pork needed heavy amounts of sauce for flavoring. Service was great and friendly, just a let down by the food.

Delicious. Some of the best Carolina bbq I’ve ever had. My only complaint was the food portions were to big seriously I need a antacid. Send a wheel barrel to pick me up!

A great lunch with friends Billie & George who are in their 90's. The food & the service was wonderful. We will go again.

I had lunch here about a week ago and it was fantastic. It's been 5 years since I dined here last. It was way better than I remember. Great service and the BEST BBQ in Wilmington, I highly recommend.

This is the definition of southern comfort food. Fall off the bone pork ribs, delicious Brunswick Stew, tasty corn sticks and hush puppies Extremely courteous and friendly staff. Be sure to check out the beautiful, massive oak tree that's part of their namesake.

Best Q establishment there is. Whether the food is catered or served in front you at the restaurant - you won't be disappointment. The best collards I've ever had & country cooking at its finest. Super friendly staff who treat you like family!

Delicious food served fast and fresh. We raved about the pulled pork- moist and plentiful- and all of the sides (green beans, collard greens, baked beans, fried okra) were super tasty. The Brunswick stew was new to us, and was also delicious. Add banana pudding, and a good tip for good service, and we still came in under $25. Highly highly recommended.

Loved the BBQ. The slaw was too sweet for me, but the BBQ and their sauces are fantastic.

Fantastic food. I had pulled pork, fried okra, collards, and hushpuppies, and it was all perfect.

Nice enough. I'm just not a huge barbecue fan. Went with friends.

Absolutely delicious! Some of the best BBQ in town. Everything is made in house and tastes homemade. Make sure you buy their homemade BBQ sauce to take home!

This is one of the last true Eastern NC BBQ places left. Come for a cultural experience. This isn't your local hipster joint. This is the real thing.
