Amazing place !!! They are very knowledgeable & professional, we dealt with Harris and he was very helpful. We rented the 2 seater side by side can am and it kicks ass. Very fast and durable machine went very well over the curse. Great prices for the 1/2 day when we come back in the near future this place is on the top of our list. Thanks guys !!

Complete Indifference to Customer Safety
My daughter and I took the ATV tour. My daughter was following the guide and trying to keep up with her. After completing 75% of the tour, my daughter lost control of the vehicle, veered off the trail and crashed into a tree. She broke her left wrist and right wrist, arm, and elbow. It took a five hour surgery to repair all the damage. She rolled down an embankment. she was unable to move and the ATV was perched above her. Fortunately, two customers on the tour stayed with my daughter and I. The wife comforted my daughter and the husband leaned against the ATV to make sure it didn't roll onto my daughter. The guide just called the park service and then sat on the trail socializing. Because of the remoteness of the location, it took 1hour for the park service to arrive and two hours to get to the hospital. The park service and hospital were great.
The hospital is 2 miles from the ATV office. I called the ATV office and asked for a ride from the hospital to get my car at the ATV office. They agreed under the ruse of being helpful. Once at the office, they directed me into the office to get my credit card and put a $3,000 charge on it to pay for repairs to the ATV (actual damage was $1,500). They also put a document in front of me that they wanted me to complete so they could use it against me in the event of a lawsuit (I am not suing).
The ATV company is passionate about the health and safety of their ATVs. They are indifferent to the health and safety of their customers. Their customers are just tourists who come and go so why should they care if they live or die.
I understand ATV riding involves risk. But the ATV ride is marketed to tourists with no experience ATV riding or on Wyoming trails. The ATV company and guide have an ethical, not legal, responsibility to look out for the people they are leading. The way the tour is structured the guide drives as fast as they can on the trail and only looks back at turns to see if the group is together.
I hope future tourists will choose to use a company that cares about their health and safety.response / report this review -

Adventure Rental employees were very nice and friendly. The ride was nice. The trails for half day ride were basically vehicle drivable gravel roads. Not true ATV trails. Not sure what the trails were like that are further away.

Excellent adventure for my son, son-in-law, and myself while traveling in the Tetons. Good equipment and guide service. Beautiful scenery rarely seen.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would come back here in a heartbeat. They also informed me and my father about other services they offer and they all seem very cool. We rented two motorcycles for a week and it was a breeze. Their equipment all seemed very well taken care of and current. I didn't see a single vehicle that wasn't in top shape. Everything looked as if it were someone's personal property.

Rented from Jackson Hole Adventures for the fourth season in a row. Everything always went smoothly. Brian seemed to man the AM shop in Alpine and has always been personal and easy going. Well this year after 15 times out west, I hit a tree. It was pretty light and didn't affect the performance of the sled, but you still get the feeling you are in big trouble. I called in that night on their VM that that damage happened and that it didn't need to be dealt with till I turned the sled back in. I told them what they would need IMO and to call me if any issues. They did not call. When I turned it in the next day with tail between legs, Stephanie and Vince could not have responded better. Very friendly, very understanding. I had wondered if this damage was going to be an opportunity to really stick it to me, but after talking with them, I did not feel that was going to happen. They gave me an estimate and said they estimate high and would get a final number once they went through it. Vince said he appreciated that I called in so they could be ready to repair it quickly. A few days later, I got the bill and it was lower than estimated and seemed to cost what it would have cost me if it was my sled anyway, save some labor. Overall, I have no feedback on how this process could have been improved. I feel obligated to keep supporting their business. Great job.

At first we were hesitant with all the negative reviews. Decided anyway to book a 4 door Jeep for two days. Staff booked it over the phone for us and upon pick up it was there waiting for us. They supplied a nice map of the trails and were full of knowledge. Could not have had a better experience.

We spoke to the woman at Jackson Hole Adventures Rentals about making an ATV reservation. She said we needed a credit card to make a reservation and we told her that we did not have a credit card at that time and told her we would call in the morning to confirm the reservation. She called us in the morning before we could call her. And we told her that everyone decided not to go. She then got huffy and puffy with us and said she needed our credit card from us to charge us for cancelation even though we did not set a reservation. which made the woman working at Jackson Hole Adventures mad. She harassed us so much we had to block the phone number and she left a nasty voicemail saying we were spoiled brats. Unbeilevably unprofessional.

Incredibly difficult to deal with. They will mark up all parts above MSRP. They see any damage as an opportunity for a money grab. Unreasonable and unfair. Would NEVER recommend to ANYONE. Take your business elsewhere.

I called for info about rentals and Stephanie (sp) was very helpful with rental info and weather conditions that helped with my trip planning to get the most bang for our buck, much appreciated.
