  Unfortunately I needed my heat pump unit replaced. As any smart consumer, I decided to get various estimates since this would be a pretty meaningful home improvement. To be exact, I received 3 estimates before receiving an estimate from John the owner of JP Heating. John was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only John gave me a fair estimate compared to the other 3 companies but I felt he would do the job no different than he would do at his own private residency. I could tell his standards were high and there would be no short cuts taken. After meeting JP Heating my search was over. I felt I found a company I could trust so I also decided to add a separate Heating/AC unit to my basement. The installations were as smooth as any customer can ask. The crew was very organized, clean and had the job done in no time. There were 2 outside units and 3 inside units installed total. Everything looked great and professional as expected. The lead installer "Skip" was very professional and attentive to the job been done. My 1 year old baby has some health difficulties and they knew how critical it was to get the AC back on ASAP. They wasted no time. I definitely recommend this company. I will be using JP Heating for other plumbing needs in the near future.
