Patients must meet the following requirements:
1) Resident of Laurens County, Georgia
2) Employed with an income of under 200% of the federal poverty level. Proof of income (last 30 days) or a notarized letter stating who you work for and how much you make on letter head, if possible.
3) Absolutely no health insurance.

Medical Clinic
We are a non-emergency medical clinic. Medical Clinic is on Tuesdays at 5pm.

Dental Clinic
Teeth Extractions only.

Spanish Translators are available upon request.
