  Horrible experience. Subaru engine showed up full of water. Will refuses refund, and now will not take calls from us now. Make sure if you buy from them use a credit card.

  Do not buy from these guys. Sent me a blown motor and have had nothing but bad customer service trying to get a warranty. I would not recommend anyone buy anything from these guys. On top of the blown motor, every accessory on the motor was bad, and not covered under warranty. So far, cracked exhaust manifold, blown turbo, missing a coil pack, cam angle sensor was broken, clutch was rusted, 3 hydraulic lifters were seized, and it had a spun rod bearing. It has been a nightmare. They are very unapologetic over the phone. Do yourself a favor and buy a motor in person.

  Worse customer service ever. After numerous years of business I send a friend to grab parts and they wouldnt accept payment or pick up from me because I want present to pick it up . Basically telling me I had to drop everything I was doing to then go do it myself if I wanted it then . If that were the case , I would have went myself .... Absolutely insane . Never again will I buy from you guys again . Thanks for your business oh and thanks for wasting everyone's time , was much appreciated.

  These guys are the best. They’ve been around for quite some time. My friends and I have gotten motors and transmissions very often throughout the years. Out of 20 items, maybe 1 or 2 had problems but no biggie, took them out and got the replacement. Keep it up. Always a pleasure!

  I bought a transmission from them for my Civic. Had a problem and they honored their warranty no problem. You have to understand you're dealing I'm used parts. If you don't understand that, these parts may not be for you. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.
