Worst shopping experience ever... it up my card will not stop here agsin...no wonder they are you g out of business
The photographer sucked, they were an hour and a half behind, and they screwed up my order. Would not recommend!

Fitting rooms smelled like pee. Wasn't extremely busy for a Saturday. I always shop here, good prices, lots of coupons. So I took the good with the bad.
Good selection, but service was slow.
Bought appliances here, complete disaster, they offered no help or compensation- they ordered wrong size fridge, had to reject when it came to house, now a month later and still no fridge yet they keep promising redeliver dates. They constantly just transfer you from person to person. Its been an awful ongoing experience. I dont recommend buying appliances from them at all.
Bought a Samsung appliance in January. Broke one month later. This store referred me to Samsung directly to rectify the situation. Was told that JCPenney does not participate in the Samsung program to have it repaired, so my money would be refunded. It is now five months and over 50 phone calls later and I still have nothing and I anticipate receiving nothing. I tried calling the store in order to get some assistance, but I am continually lost in an automated phone system that never leads to a person.
Free advice: never purchased an appliance from JCPenney or Samsung. What a nightmare.
We always find great discounts in this store specially in kids section. Lots of options for kids apparel. This store has made lots of décor improvement in last couples of year and their assortments have gone so much better as well.
High prices aren't warranted.
I called to schedule an appointment at the JC Penney hair salon. I didn't want to walk-in and wait, so I called in advance. I made my appointment 30 minutes in advance... only to have to sit and wait for 30 minutes. Really?!? Other stylists had finished their cutting their clients hair but apparently would rather talk and take a break than to make some easy money. After waiting for 40 minutes, after my scheduled appointment, I left in disgust. I will never schedule another appointment with them! They are thee worst!
