  There is still alot of selection. In the past though, the staff were enthusiasts / helpful, however this is the 1st time there on a Sunday, & knowledge was not available, behind the parts counter. Monday through Friday staff are worth checking with if needed.

  I have emergency for a part for my car. I got the wrong part and now to get my money back have to return. The prices are very good but don't make sense save money when you don't what will get.

  Great place. Just happened to stop across the highway on a trip to Iowa and had an issue with my truck. Needed a set of coilpacks for a miss in the engine. They had them and at a very good price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices were very good.

  Horrible... customer service was a joke! I ask the parts guy for a price on tires that were not marked and 5 feet away from him and he said he didn't know maybe $50 each? Gave me a hard time about looking up parts as well! I drove 40 min to get here and I'll never go back.... garbage

  The return process is a joke.
  It is outsourced cant understand person processing.
  Part was wrong part and I had to pay to return it.
  There are many other parts places and sources.
  This is my suggestion is don't waste your money here.

  Purchased after market headlights for my son's Honda. Bulbs burned out after one month. Have to take bumper off to change bulbs ~ 3 hours of labor. Purchased new bulbs at $50. I think quality of the bulb purchased with the light fixture was very poor. Torn between the good deal and the additional work to fix.

  Been a customer for 3 decades, remember my first catalog and first experience with orders by phone and mail (pony express). Customer service was incredible then as it is still today, which is a big reason I have been buying all these years and more to come. Rare parts finds and fair prices , free shipping, discounts, etc..and quick response time makes them great. Thanks again JCW :-)

  Got a new top for my Jeep wrangler. ($400) No instructions what so ever. Nothing but most of the parts thrown in a box. I'm pretty mechanically inclined, but really? Still have a couple parts that go nowhere and still missing two parts to complete. No help on line . Wouldn't do that again. Would rather spend $50 more for something complete and easy to install.

  I ordered two replacement brake hoses for my 1995 Nissan pickup. I received them within a few days with free shipping. Appeared to be of high quality and were exact fits. I was very happy with how this entire transaction went down. I will continue to rely on JCW for all of my vehicle replacement parts.

  Good communication with customer service prior to ordering. Assisted me to ensure that I got the correct part for the correct car on more than one occasion. Love the discounts and free shipping with orders that are emailed. Easy to navigate website from arrival to payment. They could teach the world something.
