  This is my mother’s business and I can proudly say that I don’t know anyone who works harder than her. She cares so much about her clients and only wants the best for her employees. My mom, Jackie, has dedicated her life to helping others find a place they can call home. I couldn’t be more proud of her and the business she has created with J Ray Realty. If you choose to find a home through her or one of her employee’s at J Ray Realty, I can assure you, you will not be disappointed! They’re the best in the business!

  We used Jackie as a property manager for our rental house in Whiteville, while simultaneously listing it on the market to sell it. My family is 100% dissatisfied.  Four different times the rent payment from J. Ray Reality was not made on time, and when brought to Jackie's attention she acted like it wasn't a big deal. It is a big deal when we have a mortgage to pay on the house.  We also requested payment to be on the first of the month, and she refused to pay us on the first. She insisted to pay us the 11th of each month.
  
  In addition, the air filters were not changed for 18 months. Changing the air filters reduces wear and tear on the HVAC Unit.  Instead, the workload of our unit was increased since the filters were not changed. Jackie did not think this was a big deal and she said she can't make the renters change the air filters. Actually, Jackie, it is your job as a property manager to make sure the air filters are changed. You even said it was your job.
  
  Plus, Jackie allowed the renters to deny entry for possible home buyers
  even though it was part of the deal for the house to be shown while rented. Before the renters moved in, Jackie insisted we do a bunch of extra work to the house such as pressure wash the porch and fence, and for the yard to be immaculate. The yard was never maintained and she allowed the renters to move out leaving the house and yard very dirty,  and she returned their deposit.  Jackie said she isn't responsible for the house or yard to be clean.  Maybe she feels that way because we are now going with another real estate agent. I do not recommend working with Jackie. It never felt like Jackie was on OUR team.

  This has been a wonderful experience dealing with this realtor. Mary Ann Allgood was a tremendous help to Kathy and I during the buying process. We are from out of town and relocating in the Whiteville area. She arranged for various inspections, attorneys and answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend her and the J. Ray Realty team. Kathy and I have made a friend for life and that's what it's all about, isn't it?

  Jackie went above and beyond to help in selling my family estate. Her knowledge is vast and she works hard for what is best for her sellers and buyers! If you need a trusted real estate agent, call J. Ray!!

  Our experience with Eric Hill and J Ray Realty has been very pleasant and successful.
  
  Eric helped us sell our previous home. We were able to sell it quickly, smoothly, and at our asking price.
  
  Due to the economy and the selection of homes available at that time, we decided to rent for a while. J Ray Realty manages rental properties as well. So Eric showed us several available rental options. We were able to rent a very nice home for a couple of years and ultimately decided to purchase that same home.
  
  During the time we were renting, Eric showed us several potential homes to purchase. He was very attentive to our tastes and budget. Meanwhile we were growing more and more attached to the home we were renting. Eric then helped us negotiate with the owner to purchase the home we were renting for a very fair price.
  
  Eric has continued to be a great resource for contacts for service needs such as landscaping, appliance repair, plumbing, etc.
  
  We have been very pleased with the entire experience. We strongly recommend Eric Hill and J Ray Realty.
