Mr.Arnold Zeggarelli,Pgh. legend cut my daughter's very long hair into a beautiful bob.He took his time,explaining everything he was going to do and even gave a consultation to me!I can't wait for my appointment!He is a delightful and charming man.He knows hair!As a follow up,I'd like to thank Arnold,Brandi and the staff at Izzazu for making Rachel feel so special on her birthday.She's a natural beauty!

While I lived in the Pittsburgh area, Cesare always did my hair. He did highlights and low lights and cut it. He was just fantastic and I was always happy with my hair. Always received many compliments. If I wanted something tweeked a little, he would do so and I was always happy with the result. Everyone at the salon was always so welcoming and nice. I moved to South Jersey in 2012 and still am looking for my Cesare in NJ. Too bad I can't clone him. Thanks again for making me look fantastic all the time. You are really missed.

First time at this salon. Such a friendly staff and professional looking business. Gino the owner went out of his way to introduce himself and welcome me just because he'd never seen me before. Missy was my stylist and even though I have a short men's cut, she somehow made me look fabulous and even served me coffeeI can't not imagine not recommending this salon. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Appearance
Right off the bat this place has a very welcoming setting and a cheerful, bustling staff. The waiting room was very well kept and I wasn't waiting long before Emilio came to greet me for my appointment. I arrived about a half-an-hour early. The shop floor, so to speak, was a very artistic and modern design. each chair seemed to provide a more personal experience with each stylist, while still being close enough to other people that you get almost a family vibe between the regulars and the staff. All the staff looked very professional, and while they all had a unique style about them, they all follow a similar suit of colors.
Service
Both Emilio and his assistant were very thorough and precise, explaining what techniques and products were to be used, getting a diagnosis of my preferences (and actually catering to them); I was even offered a warm beverage while I waited. very good conversationalists and from looking around it seemed that everyone being serviced was enjoying their time with their stylists.
Price
Know that Izzazu is a higher priced salon, but you really get more than you pay for. With the experience, skill, and accommodations provided, you'll be glad you splurged.
Overall
Izzazu is quintessential of the salon industry. The quality of their service and design is exemplary to any high-end salon. I will not only frequent Izzazu, but also recommend this as a treat for anyone who wants only the best quality and service.response / report this review
