I needed a memorial arrangement for a local Pastor of a church in honor of my late father Pete went above and beyond to incorporate special touches of personalization to the design. He even made sure that the delivery connection was on point the recipients were very pleased and it meant a lot to not only the family but the church is well. Thank you so much for making this happen and you have definitely earned my trust.

I placed an order to be delivered on Monday and it was not delivered. When I called to inquire why they come up with excesses as to why it wasn't and said they aren't mind readers and I said neither am I and they should put that information on the website. We went back and forth a little more about it and when I asked for a refunded the Manger said don't ever call them again for service and hung up on me.

Ivywood Florist is the only florist my family uses. Pete Jackson and the rest of the staff there are some of the most caring, giving and compassionate people you will ever meet. Genuinely good people. Not to mention their talent is second to none when it comes to floral arrangements!
