RUDE EMPLOYEES. It may look nice, but let’s just say that the employees are RUDE, I paid $70 for nothing but my fingers to get cut up, and my nails to be uneven. Sam did my nails and he was in a hurry. Told me he was gonna let me do $65 Cause he cut my fingers. Made me paid for $70 before I left. I suggest going to A Nail Spa by Olive Garden in Lima. They actually care about their customers, and do their nails better. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

Racist! Took my mother for her birthday to get a full set the lady shanda kept pressing my mom to do more so we could pay more money and when we refused she lost interest but things took a turn for the worst when the nail tech said can you go pay for your nails then come back? I asked why she said I don't know they just want you guys to pay for some reason I complied then we were moved to another station to make room for other people and then booted out when I looked around we were the only two black people and the only two who had to get up and pay in the middle of the service not even the nail tech understood what was happening coincidence?! I think NOT!!!

I had a great time at ivy nails & spa. They were fast with getting me seated, kind, and asked me if I wanted anything to drink. My nails were done nicely and in good time. I will definitely be coming back!

Sat with feet in pedicure tub close to 2 hours without an explanation or apology. Learned later they apparently had two bridal parties booked at same time and state inspectors showed up. Not my problem. Needless to say, lot of excuses no apology from management or discount offered. Won't be returning. Going back to solar nail salon next time.

Went in for a 2pm with five ppl, had called ahead for reservations. Did not leave till 4:30. Most of the chairs did not work , no hot water so they had to fill from the back. Ppl were coming in well after us and getting pedicures and ppl in our group were sitting with feet in cold water still waiting. My tech never apologized and never put the clear coat on top or bottom. Was really wanting to like this place but would not go back.

Horrible!!!! I had to be in town to get tires and decided to try them out. I got a gel french manicure. SO THICK!! SO GAUGHTY!! Can't believe how much I paid for this!!!
