Amber was phenomenal! I was looking for a specific Christmas gift everywhere, originally and unfortunately, I ordered it from a big retailer. They promised 2-3 day shipping with an additional upcharge. LUCKILY I found Ivory and Burch, I called up and Amber answered and let me know if I placed the order this morning she would get it in today's mail and will arrive by Christmas for the standard shipping rate. Phenomenal customer service, she even offered to gift wrap it for me for free!! I could not be more excited to have found Ivory & Birch and will be purchasing from them in the future! I am so happy to be in the process of cancelling my order with the big retailer and to be giving my business to Ivory & Birch.

I had the best experience at Ivory & Birch! They helped me find the absolute perfect dress and really worked with me around my price range. They have kept closely in touch while my dress has been manufactured and shipped and I can't wait to pick it up! Tori and her team are incredibly talented and really care about the bride!

Love this place. Love the variety of clothing options they have, tons of great gift ideas, and the staff is not only wonderful, they did so much for the community. Highly, highly recommend shopping here.

Every experience shopping with them has been amazing, but just recently I was looking for a onesie to match a t-shirt purchased in store. Deloran contacted the company and requested the onesie for my son. She was unsure of size, so ordered two for me to choose from. That level of customer service is not the norm these days, and really shows how much she cares for her customers! I recommend I&B to anyone who will listen!
