  ITAC is an amazing company! They found me a job that I absolutely love in less than a month. My recruiter Rachel Smith was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to find me the perfect job. Couldn’t be more grateful I found ITAC.

  I would rate Leslie and the ITAC team a 10!!!
  
  Leslie did a fantastic job. She found my resume online and reached out to me directly. She made the process easy and effective.
  
  She gave me feedback on my resume and was in touch with me through every step of the way. My first phone call interview was successful and each time I spoke with the hiring manager I heard back from my recruiter within the hour. Even when there was an hour or two delay on the employers end, my recruiter was prompt to follow up and ensure the appointment was still going to happen.
  
  She even went above and beyond my first week on the job, which was also the week that snow and Ice covered the roads, by assisting me with the agreement and application paperwork so that I was able to start two weeks earlier than originally requested. That was a good reassuring feeling to have! Also, when I had questions pertaining to the direct deposit process she was available directly and was always prompt, friendly & efficient each time.

  I went in for an interview, explain to my interviewer how I had used payroll software them the pastAnd had to correct payroll due to under pain. Not that I had given extra money, but that I had given the money that they were originally supposed be paid in the first place. I was then told that that is against management, ensuring that your employees were paid what they worked. If this company supports under paying their employees, or represent any companies that do, I don’t feel that they’re who you want to work for. Go somewhere where you’re not punished for ensuring employees are paid correctly.

  I worked with two different recruiting firms in the Birmingham area and I'm literally giving the same review on both. They were that similar in experience. I give them two stars out of five because while there were no results for myself, I still understand the process however, but feel it could be better.
  
  You must first understand these recruiting firms are not really working for you, but are working for their business clients. So even though they give you a nice, warm speech about how they are here for you, in reality assisting you is secondary to assisting their paying clients. This is somewhat fair because that is how they make their money.
  
  Again, experience was very similar at the two firms I visited. You fill out paperwork, which is basically like completing a employment application. You will be scheduled to come in for an interview so they can go over your employment history and get a feel for the type of job you are seeking. They are also using this meeting to "pre-interview" you for their clients. Staff at all two locations were very nice and friendly. The recruiters are very bubbly and fun.
  
  At the end of the meeting, the recruiters will tell you how they will get to work attempting to place you with a matching career with one of their clients. This is kinda where the communication stopped for me. Beyond this initial interview, I received no communication in the following three months. The only call I did receive (from one firm), was a few days after visiting to tell me a job I was initially matched with had changed the job description and the pay scale was well below what I was seeking. Barring that single contact, radio silence. I was even told by one firm that after submitting my info to a place or two they would follow up with me regardless of the results to let me know how things were progressing. That call was not received.
  
  I am sure the firms have worked well for some, just not for me.

  Ginny Queen 👑 is an awesome and sweet person that really care about you finding a job. Ginny helped me find a job 2 days after my interview. Its is a really good company to go to when looking for entry level jobs. Look over the negative comments and give ITAC Solutions a try.

  The staff was very nice professional and very eager to find an appropriate job for me. However, once they found the perfect job it went downhill quickly. I had to take a test for the position but none of the computers worked properly with the program. I was able to take it from home but it took almost 3 hours to finish. Then I never heard back after countless emails and phone calls. I found several other suitable jobs on their website but was never contacted after expressing interest. Also, you cannot submit your resume in PDF form which is silly this day and age.

  Beware. Calls may go unanswered for days, disconnects, blind transfers. My experience with them was very unprofessional. If you are looking for a serious recruiting firm concerned with helping you find a high paying career, this is probably not the company for you.

  Let it be known that Ginny Queen is the BOMB! I jumped between several temp agencies the past year, and I joined ITAC in late Nov. I have a Master's degree, so Ginny REFUSED to give me a job that pays less than $15/hr. It took maybe a wk or two when she called me about a position that pays $16/hr (the most I ever made in my LIFE). Ginny called me about an hr after my interview with the company to let me know I got the job! The job was initially temporary, only lasting 2 mths. Ginny kept in touch with me periodically to make sure I was happy and to get updates. None of the other agencies I went through has EVER done that for me, and it made me really happy that Ginny cared. Now it's four mths later, and I was offered a full-time position with that company today! I worked hard, followed Ginny's advice, and made a great impression with the company to make them decide to keep me! I'm ecstatic right now, knowing that this would not have been possible without ITAC and especially Ginny! Thanks so much for everything, Ginny!
  
  P.S. ITAC has a BEAUTIFUL office! Their interior designer did an amazing job!

  I met with a recruiter here in the late summer of 2015. I went in a couple of times to meet with them for a position, but never anything specific. I never received any kind of communication from them on any open position after my original meeting. My background is extremely flexible and fits with many types of positions. I understand that recruiters get busy and sometimes candidates fall through the cracks, but now the same thing is happening to a friend who is working with ITAC. She received an email from a recruiter here. She applied to an Admin position since that is the majority of her experience. When the call came to speak with her, he completely blew past it and focused in on her weaknesses and said that she would not be a fit for the position that she applied for through them. As a Recruiting Manager myself, I would submit her resume for that position left and right. In short, I would not waste your valuable time working with this company. Instead, look at other firms, like PangeaTwo or Moxy. These companies work hard for their candidates.

  They are awful. They will never call you back or find you a job. The only way my recruiter would call me back would be if I called and asked for a manager. Every time I called they said he was in the bathroom. Smh... 2 years with no help and no call backs. Avoid!

  They okay I guess however I did have to call me recruiters boss to get a call back been registered now for about two years and it seems like the jobs that I know I am qualified for I never get a phone call, and when I do call they say the jobs on their website just repeat themselves they say the jobs have not been open for months. This company is not the worst but its not the best either.

  ITAC has a very professional and knowledgeable placement team that works hard to fit qualified job seekers to the right positions. There is a good reason so many major employers in Alabama use ITAC: they do a fantastic job.

  Agency is very secretive with controlled access doors. Staff only answers email if it can avoid anything uncomfortable. Will not (or at least limited) to excluding non local candidates even though they might be better qualified for positions for the companies they have been outsourced by. Beware.
