A private pool and abundant pool deck seating offer a relaxing retreat for the adults and hours of enjoyment for the children.
The first floor offers an expansive main area with a great ocean view from the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room consists of generous, comfortable seating, large flat panel TV, Stereo, DVD & CD player, and gas fireplace. The huge kitchen will attract everyone who enjoy gathering around for meal preparation! The large island offers seating for 4 along with a Jenn-Air cook top with griddle. Also included is stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, ice maker, Jenn-Air convection double wall ovens, 2 microwaves and 2 GE Profile dishwashers. The dining room consists of a table with seating for 10 and a separate breakfast table for 4.
There are 2 guest bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed and private access to the first floor front porch. Each private bath has a tub/shower combo with tile surround and single sink vanity.
The media room offers an oasis to enjoy the big game with an awesome ocean view! Relax in 2 comfortable sofas and leather recliner in front of the huge flat panel TV/DVD/VCR and Stereo!
The second floor features 6 more bedrooms! The master suite, with ocean view and King bed, offers a flat panel TV, gas fireplace and access to the 2nd floor porch. The private master bath consists of a whirlpool tub and walk-in, tiled shower.
Two guest bedrooms on this floor have a King bed, Twin sleeper chair, TV and ocean views! Each has direct access to the 2nd floor porch and a private full bath with tub/shower combo. Two more guest bedrooms have a Queen bed each and private access to the 2nd floor front porch. Each of these bedrooms has a private full bath with tub/shower combo. The last guest bedroom consists of a bunk bed with a Twin upper and a Double lower, TV/VCR and access to the 2nd floor front porch. This bedroom also features a full bath with a tub/shower combo and pedestal sink.
For added convenience, there is a laundry room with stackable washer/dryer and utility sink on the first floor and a laundry closet with washer/dryer on the second floor.
