    Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
They are also helpful if you choose to rent and fire a particular caliber weapon.
    No bad experiences here!

Absolutely great place the staff are very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly patient and welcoming indoor range is great good selection of firearms to rent and test GREAT place for anyone new to operating and shooting a firearm had a blast my first time on the range took my FSC test there and I definitely try to make it over there every weekend even though I live an hour away but it's so worth it if you never been I strongly urge you to check them out!!!

Went to Island View for the first time today since I needed to try out a handgun I'm looking at buying. Not much experience with handguns - I mainly shoot rifles but the staff were all excellent. They were always readily available to answer any questions (and I had a lot of them!), give critique when asked and had great advice. The prices were pretty decent. Would definitely recommend this place and I know I'll be back.

We drove from Santa Barbara for Island View since there is no indoor ranges in Santa Barbara. We've gone to shooter's paradise before but due to their ammo restrictions I wanted to try Island View this time. I'm glad I did, everything from the look of the range to the people staffing it were better. The only restrictions on ammo was that it was brass, which is pretty usual. They also had a happy hour special where if you got a box of ammo, your lane fee was only 5 bucks which was nice. The range master Hugo was a great guy and was willing to give us tips when we asked. Their rental gun selection is pretty great as well. Overall it was a fun experience, we'll be back. Thanks guys.

@islandviewenterprises had such high hopes for these guys and placed a 1K ammo order, but receiving them 3 weeks later is no good. No communication, no status update, and "couldn't care less, not my department, we are small company" attitude. Well definitely not ordering from you guys again. Fellow shooters, if you need reliable supplier shipped, these guys are not it. Maybe better in person store. No company is small over the internet. With great customer service and product, you can capture loyalty and hearts of all the customers. You could have been a giant!

Not bench rest shooter friendly. Range does not understand fire forming brass (pistol powder and a piece of wax/clay vs lead bullet) and instead chooses to use the cop out clause of "not in compliance with our liability insurance." Would not even entertain an in person explanation (or actual demonstration of liability clause). SAD. Range fees significantly more expensive if you don't buy ammo from them. Rude customer service two different times on the phone. Serious shooters look elsewhere.
