Great place to stay in hot springs. Deals in the off season are a steal, they'll throw in free dinners and soaking in the hot springs at the resort. Only a few drawbacks :
1. Very poor Internet speeds. This is not the case everywhere in town.
2. No thermostat. Hopefully you like whatever the temp is set to in the hallway.

Third year to Hot Springs and this was my first time dining at Iron Horse Station. Food was amazing and the service was great as well!! Ended up eating here twice this trip and definitely plan on returning for more amazing food next year!!!

Outstanding experience! The food was fantastic. We had lunch and dinner on two different days. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Excellent food, great ambiance too. Located in historic downtown Hot Springs, this tavern, restaurant and inn is perfect for a romantic dinner and overnight stay. Quaint rooms upstairs room the restaurant and a short walk from the world famous Hot Springs Spa. The bacon wrapped 6oz. Filet Mignon was incredible.

The rooms were very clean and modern. There was absolutely no noise from the patrons below as it closes at 9pm. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Thought it was "just another sandwich place." The chicken tenders were amazing. The fries were so well seasoned but the honey-soy dipping sauce just made it outstanding. So glad I decided to stay and order. I live 145 miles from here, but could see making a trip back to the springs as an excuse to eat here again.

Located in an Appalachian Trail town, this place was nice, clean, friendly and the food was good. Moderately priced and vegetarian friendly. We came in on a busy Saturday afternoon right before the rain. Our server was quick and courteous and we were seated immediately. Great place for a good meal whether you are just passing through in a car or on the trail.

We pilgrimage to Hot Springs, NC at least once a year to regroup and heal. While in Hot Springs, we always eat at the Iron Horse. Good food and less than you would expect to pay at a resort destination. Always good, and always hot. Live music is only a bonus.

I love eating here after a good weekend hike. Beer is good with craft choices available. Food is well priced and portioned. Service has been great every time I've visited.

Very nice restored interior, fireplace, live local music at night. Good service, friendly, bar with local craft beers. Good 'fern-bar" type menu with not just ordinary burgers, sandwiches, daily soup specials are usually pretty good. Nice selection of sides and before-s.

We came here for lunch. For apps we had spring rolls and spin art dip. The spring rolls looked fresh and they were cooked perfectly. The sauces provided paired well with them. The spin dip was super cheesy and the chips were good. I did not enjoy my meal, but the other people with me enjoyed theirs. I had turkey and a side of the chili. The chili was sweet, and not what I expected, and the turkey was basic packaged deli meat and not very flavorful. The others all had a chicken sandwich and it looked and tasted good. The garlic parm fries were amazing! The lunch entree menu was different from the menu posted outside and a bit limited and pricey.
