Been here 3 times: once in off season and twice in peak season. Food and service is always top notch. Clientele is mostly touristy in peak season. Bar patrons were loud and obnoxious one time (it’s a pub so to be expected but one time this one group was god awful at lunch hour) but restaurant staff let us move our table inside no problem and the bartender handled the party pretty well and ended up cutting them off so they left.

Been to all the restaurants in Lewes and this place is in the top 5. I didn’t expect it; but three times, different meals, and consistently good food and good service 👍👍

Visited on St Patrick's day so,expected the crowd. Place was packed but seemed to be staffed well and bartenders were keeping up. Live music was good and had the crowd dancing.

I loved the friendly staff! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was excellent! My finicky toddlers even found things on the menu they would eat. The Guinness stew was absolutely an old school recipe I will be having again and again.

Good food and drink. Atmosphere was quiet. You could have a conversation without raising your voice. The service was good. We would go back again. Highly to recommend.

AMAZING! We had a 100% perfect experience with them for our wedding! We picked it for the great price and waterfront views, but fell in love with their banquet staff, time spent to help us, their flexibility in our food, bar, and outside dessert choices, and of course their food! WOW we had great food on our honeymoon but nothing topped the steak tenders and swai entrees we had served at our wedding. Thank you!

Went there for a late dinner. They had a band playing called 33 1/3. Music was good. Service was awesome.

A nice place. I've been here to their bar, restaurant, and once to their upstairs catered event.

All were good service and food. Relatively straightforward.

Watch for nights they'll have live music, as dinner conversation will be near impossible. But the music was good the two times I was there during performances.

If you order shrimp tacos, be aware that they are 1/4 shrimp covered in vinegary cabbage then topped with sweet pineapple salsa. Two intense toppings filled the remaining 3/4 of the shell. Chips and red salsa on the side we're ample, but tasted jarred.
    Roxanna was a terrific server.

Great potions of really delicious food. The guineas stew is thick and Rick with chunks of melt in your mouth beef. The fish and chips was excellent. The fish had an airy light beer baymtter and the fish was cooked perfectly. Great fries and the house made potato chips were crispy brown and fresh. Always good. The outdoor seating is fun on a nice day.

Great food, classy place with live music and cocktails. LOVE the sheperds pie! Top notch neighborhood spot on the waterfront!

Great location. Food is pub food but I'd say "upscale pub food" on terms of quality. Drinks are good. Always a lively atmosphere

This dockside bar is a great place to grab some delicious drinks or food while watching boats wander in from the bay. I ordered the "pain killer" drink which was a mix of rums and juices. It came in a huge glass and was quite strong. I thought it was a great value for the $10.75 price tag. I ordered the bangers and mash (they do call themselves Irish, after all) and I had mixed feelings about it. The sausages themselves, which are locally made, were great. The giant quarter head of cabbage next to them was not. I was hoping for a little more creativity with the sides, but the cabbage, a pile of mashed potatoes and peas was it. Traditional? Yes. Interesting? Not really. I tried my wife's crab cakes and they tasted super fresh and delicious. My dad got the crab mac and cheese which looked amazing. He finished the whole plate which is something he rarely does.

Service was what I expected from a beach town bar. A lot of college students who seemed to have trouble remembering orders and extra requests. Not the worst service ever, but frustrating at times. We left just as the live music was cranking up inside. The band sounded great. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Really great atmosphere with tasty food and drinks.

Food is so good. Service is crappy. Ordered a burger well-done. Came out red. I asked to cook it longer and it came out an hour later by a different server because our server was sitting in the corner talking to another waitor. By this time we were ready to leave so we say we do not want it anymore. The server was nothing but rude.

A great spot in Lewes. Have to respect & love live music. Only place around for this (even in off season). Food is fairly consistent in satisfaction. The norm bar grub with nice unique twists. A great place for snacks, drinks & fun.

Was here for the first time ever, the bloody Mary's are wonderful and the cream of Crab soup is amazing. The best parts was the cheerful staff. Although I'm new to the area they made me feel at home. Lauren is a great bartender, I'll be coming back to see her for sure.

Always a good time... food is way better than most pub fare, the bands are good and music is varied, beer selection is notably large and the staff is local friendly. Add to that a great waterfront location and we've got a winner... definitely a welcome part of our rotation of weekend hang outs.

Nice place with nice food and views. Service can't handle crowds or large tables. Don't bother asking to split food bill. Staff will look at you like you just asked them to cure cancer.

We ate at this restaurant on Saturday July 30, 2016. My wife and I ordered the Flounder imperial, I ordered 2 sides of Asparagus and salad with oil and vinegar. When served I did no receive the salad but had a Baked Potato instead. (Getting the order wrong counts for 1 star deduction).

Quality of food served. Presentation was average, Flounder stuffed with crab was sub par on taste. I have had better at a lower cost. The asparagus was not tender, It was stringy. The baked potato that I did not order was dry. There was not enough sour cream to enable me to swallow the food. (Quality of food - Minus 1 star)

Quality of service was above average. Except that the person that took our order was not the person that delivered the order. So instead of know who received what dish they had to ask who ordered what.

My overall thoughts are that this is an average restaurant with over priced food. If I pay a premium price I expect premium food and service. I think there are better alternatives in the area.
