  My teenager dropped his iphone7 and we needed to have the screen replaced. Making an appointment was very easy! The owner was even nice enough to suggest parking options. When he realized our appointment would be when metered parking turned into driving lanes he suggested to stop in the front and just have my son run up so we can avoid paying for the expensive parking garage. That's what we did and he said it would only take 20 minutes and it did! And during that time he even let us know there may be some water damage in the phone. We just came in for the screen so thanks for the heads up about the phone status. Thank you for your excellent customer service IPhone Repair FiDi! You saved us time and money. Also wanted to mention the business did practice social distancing and wore a mask which is so important these days.

  My experience was great. Called and got a quote. Came by after I called and phone was repaired within 30min. He also include a free screen protector. Friendly & professional too!

  Wonderful efficient service! I called before coming in and they told me the time they were free. It took less than the quoted 20 min. Lu was so nice and accommodating. Price is definitely better than other places I’ve tried going to. Fingers crossed I don’t crack my screen again soon, but will be coming back here if do!!! Thanks again!
