  I have always had a great experience at Iowa Ortho. Dr Wilke and his nursing staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely trust all my orthopedic needs to Iowa Ortho.

  8/15 Visit with Dr. Haye - -
  I want to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your office. This was my first experience, and while it was not horrible, it certainly wasn't one that left me eager to return for a follow-up visit in three weeks.
  
  As a new patient, I was quite nervous and unsure of what to expect. When you entered the room, I immediately expressed my nervousness, tried to joke a little bit, but unfortunately, there was minimal engagement from you. Not the end of the world by any means, but throughout the visit your demeanor was very matter-of-fact and stone-faced, which made the entire visit feel awkward and uncomfortable. I simply felt like a waste of time to you.
  
  The appointment itself was brief, and I believe that a little compassion could have made a significant difference in my experience. It left me feeling as if my injury was not worthy of attention or concern.
  
  I understand and respect that maintaining professionalism is important, but I think a bit of empathy, especially towards new patients, could enhance the overall experience.

  My experience at Iowa Ortho was great. Everyone were professional and nice. Listened to your complaints and took care of you quickly. I only spent about 15 minutes in the clinic

  My son fractured both his wrists in a fall. Dr. Farber and his staff were very good with him. Got in the next day. Very thorough, made sure we understood the difference between each of the fractures, and what needed to be done. Great office.

  From the very beginning I was treated in a timely, cheerful manner. I was greeted with a smile and I walked in the door and that continued from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. Dr. Blake was wonderful was giving me an understanding of what was wrong and included me in the decision of how we would treat. I would recommend Dr. Blake and his staff at Iowa Ortho Pleasant Hill
