  This could be a great hotel. The price is right for sightseeing guests! I'm okay with it being old. It will be nice once it is finished being remodeled.
  
  Only stay a couple of nights and you will be fine! It does smell like old watery mold. But if you can ignore it and the old furniture and dirt it's a good hotel for the money. Make sure you wear some house shoes, or footie socks. Bring air freshener!

  If I could choose zero stars, I would. Between the visible nails, mold, hair, grime and semen, this is the most repulsive "resort" I have ever seen. It is disgusting! There weren't towels, though I am afraid to use anything here. Toilets don't work, sliding doors either don't work, or are missing the handles to open and close and are secured with aluminum bars. This is too ghetto for the ghetto. It's not worth the effort for the thought. Go elsewhere. You will be far happier.

  Worst reservation ever made. Cold rooms. A/c sounds like a freight train. No tv remote. No numbers on the phone to call anyone. No extra blankets or towels. Motel 6 is better. Some “resort”... 😂

  The staff were friendly and accommodating... I took pictures of the property because the photos posted are very misleading. The photos are however pictures of the resort I would imagine from 15-20 years ago. The property is in deplorable condition. I checked in at 11:00AM and checked out at 11:15AM. If my descision was based solely on the property being dated, that could possibly be overlooked at least for one night....however it was absolutely filthy, rundown, uncared-for, neglected and not suitable to be inhabited by anyone. I cannot give a star but I am assuming that I must.....so negative star....

  It's under renovation, some rooms are a bit outdated but I didn't have any issues in my 2nd room at all. Clean and more modern. Staff was friendly and was offering good customer service

  To start with this place was overbook. We did the reservation of a room with two queen size bed and they gave us a room with a queen bed. No blankets on the bed. Room was cold. Bathroom have this weird smell everytime it is flush.
  Also, false advertisements are given online. Breakfast is offered but they dont have that in site.

  Wow, no phone in the room, no blankets, air conditioning is not adjustable. Not the warmest reception when you walk in either. Rooms are dated and the laminate flooring in the rooms are busted, swollen with large gaps. The facility has potential, but you get the feeling that owners simply do not care.

  This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. This hotel looks like a hotel from a horror movie. This is just a few of the many flaws this hotel has thrown upon us.
  
  When you first drive up to the hotel on the left-hand side you see the word hotel but the O is missing. The hotel also advertises that is it a four-star resort, negative.
  
  Upon walking into the hotel the luggage cart was barely operable and upon walking into the hotel there was no AC and everything in there was outdated and when I mean outdated I mean from the 1980s maybe 70s.
  
  In the middle of the hallway you see a water fountain but no water just dirt. On your way walking to the elevator most of the floor numbers do not light up, also the elevators were leaking water from the ceiling. At one point a couple of guest were stuck in the elevator. (I want to how long it took to get them out).
  
  The main door to the rooms had chipped paint all over and when you walked in to the room the smell was horrendous. The bathroom curtains smell like old urine, there were two roaches that welcomed me with open arms. Upon opening the water faucets the water looked bad and also smelled.
  
  The bed sheets were pure filthy and one of the beds the frame was broken.
  
  There were leftover KFC mashed potatoes upon arrival into the room. Makes me wonder if they even cleaned the room. All the appliances were outdated, the TV looks like the 1980s maybe 70s. The AC unit was blowing hot air and the frame was detached from the AC.
  
  The refrigerator was not working upon arrival and maintenance gave me another refrigerator that was working.
  
  The front desk lady was actually very helpful But her 30 minute breaks were actually two hours. But I must say she did help a lot and since she was understaffed I can see why she needed the brakes. I think the only pleasant thing in the whole entire hotel was her. If I only remembered her name I will give her credit in this review and that's the only reason why I get a one star only. And also because I couldn't give it a negative.
  
  Do not ever ever ever ever ever ever rent to this hotel. In all look like they just opened it for the weekend to then close it again in a couple of days in my opinion, or it's just a crack or prostitution hotel. Everything I am saying in this post is all facts and for me to take the time to actually write this must really mean that it really really sucks. I also have pictures and videos that I will post on this review if I Am able to.

  Saying this hotel is a health threat is a understatement. I booked this hotel in a frenzy preparing for Hurricane Irma, as all the other hotels sold out, this was the only one left so I booked. Upon entering the property my allergies went haywire and you could instantly smell a stench of moldiness. After seeing the disgusting stained hallways, then my room that reeked of mildew and had black mold spots going up the wall, I went down stairs and asked for a refund. Can you believe they were price gauging and actually charged me $165 dollars for this dump. By the time I walked out I was having a allergic reaction, couldn't breathe and skin had red itchy spots all over. Where is the health department?? They don't even have proper licenses in elevators to show last service dates!

  I had roaches in my room and one of the mattresses smelled like urine. I complained to the front desk and house keeping. House keeping said that the occupants before me had a child in there that wet the bed. She said she was going to bring up new sheets and she never did. I had to wake up early in the morning to go to work and I was too exhausted to follow up with my complaint. I woke up in the middle of the night to 6 roaches running around the room. I tried my best to stay humble and bare with my stay there but the service I received was horrible. No one would help me to feel comfortable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

  I do believe this was an awesome hotel 40 years ago, but today it is horrible. Stains on the floor, checked 3 floors for ice and then called downstairs only to be informed all of the hotel ice machines were out of order, out of date A/C, had to request wash rags 3 times before getting them. Saw 2 roaches and woke up to a couple of small spiders coming down from the ceiling, I immediately got up packed at 5:00am and left. Last visit to this run down place. NO STARS!!!!!

  Not even remotely All Inclusive... even breakfast is at a charge. Charged a deposit at check in, when nothing referenced a deposit during booking. No toilet paper in the filthy room inside of the near abandoned looking "resort". Cigarette butts everywhere. You're allowed two towels a day no matter how many people are staying in the room. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, bare springs basically. Shower has little to no hot water, you also can't change the temperature of your room... I suggest staying ANYWHERE else.
  
  UPDATE: The deposit they charged upon check in WAS NEVER REFUNDED!!

  The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of 2 is for the simple fact "You get what you pay for". This place NEEDS updating, the front desk staff are cordial but not very professional. Truth be told the overall ambience of this place made me wonder if some old bellhop from the 1960's is going to come out somewhere and reminisce about the good ol days and the "golden era" of the hotel before it went down. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay this is definitely it but if you're looking for flashy I suggest you look elsewhere.

  When we arrived 7:30 pm, there were no towels in the room and the A/C was not working. Contacted the front desk and was told they would send towels with the maintenance man to fix the A/C. Went out to dinner and came back to no towels or A/C. Went back to complain was told again someone would come to the room. At 11:00 pm, went back to front desk and was told we could check out if we didn't like the service. No, I just wanted towels and was told that housekeeping would be in at 7:30am and the Security Guard would check on the A/C. He came and went. Went out to the lobby to put 2yr old Autistic niece to sleep at midnight. The front desk clerk came over and gave us a knob to turn on the A/C. After putting the knob on the A/C unit was told to wait an hour and the room would be cool. Never happened.
  
  Went back to desk at 7:47am and again asked about towels and fixing the A/C. At 9am the maintenance man came and said that the knob was adjusted wrong and in an hour the room should be cool. I again asked about towels. At 11am (checkout), I asked to talk with a manager and was given an email address to send my complaint too. I never received towels and the room never was cool. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
  
  I booked two rooms and the second room was never cool but they had three towels.
  
  I emailed the address given at check and have never received acknowledgment.

  NOTHING like the pictures! Cigarette butts on the balcony. Yet it's a smoke free hotel. Bathroom toilet seat cover cracked. Mold and dirt plied up on the floor and in the corners. How are they still in business.? Front desk pretty nice folks tho. Can't help that the owner management will not make it better. Could be a nice place.
  Learn from others and spend a little more you will happier and for certain no worries of unhealthynees.
