    The Service Department is 5 star! Peter Wilcox and the Service Techs are top notch! Put NEW sport tires on my QX70S (found the tires somewhat lower priced at other places but Peter worked with me on a fair price). SO GLAD I DIDN'T GO FOR THE CHEAPEST PLACE cause 6 days later got a nail in one of the tires. Thought I was going to have to buy another tire but Peter told me they had road hazard warranty. They installed a new tire and even adjusted my headlights NO CHARGE! What a great feeling to be taken care of. I will be a lifelong customer with this staff of great people. Trustworthiness & customer service still exists!

    Good customer service on the service side however, they scratched (large scratch) my rim up while changing my tire and didn't say a word about it.

    Would never purchase another Infiniti. Debris clogged our drain on the sunroof and the interior of the car was ruined. Infiniti was unwilling to admit it was a design flaw in the car or assist us in any way. Google the issue and you will see it is a common issue among Infiniti's. We will only purchase Acura's going forward.

    Brayden Kuptz is the guy you want to go see! He got me into a Super Sweet car and they took care of everything. They showed me everything about the car inside and out and he got me approved for financing right away. Awesome Sales guy!

    I have purchased two vehicles from the international auto group. The first car was a mini cooper. The service department was very hesitant to fix anything that was wrong. They went as far as to advise not to drive the car before the turbo was repaired. The dealership knew about a potential issue that could result in an engine fire. They would not fix the issue until the official notification was issued by bmw. The infiniti group has been just as bad. They sold me a G37 coupe that had been in an accident. The new car sales manager did not advise of the car being in an accident. The sales manager (Shawn) would not pay to fix the car. I ended up paying to correct the issue. The service department has also ordered the incorrect warrenty parts for the car multiple times. I will never go back to the infiniti dealership for anything. Last week they couldnt find the warranty information for the vehicle. I do not refer anyone to the infiniti dealership.

    We bought our 2015 QX60 from Jim. Great to work with, and made sure we were taken care of. James (service dept) is also awesome. Two things keep us with Infiniti, Customer Service and Warranty. Thanks guys.

    I took my old '06 G35x here several times and quite enjoyed it. They removed the oxidation from my headlights during one of my first visits free (they didn't ask, just saw it needed to be done and did it) which I appreciated as other auto shops have wanted quite a pretty penny to do.

    I think the guest service was quite good in my experiences. I always got a hello from nearly every staff member while waiting and the waiting area is always clean. There is free coffee/tea/beverages as well as pastries often times. I also like getting a free car wash and carpets cleaned with every visit.

    The scheduling process can probably use some attention but that has recently been updated so it's less of an annoyance than before. There have been several times where I have needed to drop my car off after work but because construction sucks, it was going to be very close to closing time and Cheryl has always stayed sometimes 15 minutes late to exchange my car for a loaner. I've utilized their "taxi service" when I needed some work done and they dropped me off at my building downtown in a timely manner and the picked me up in the same place. The free loaner and driving service is definitely a plus. I can see how Cheryl might come off as a little emotionless at times, but she really will go the extra mile if needed. I can always shoot her an email and she will work something out that is best for both of us.

    The work done has always been exemplary, never any issues with the work or tire pressure. The mechanics always give me a list of things they would suggest getting fixed/replaced/etc... but unlike most places it's just that - a suggestion. I've never been pressured into getting extra work done and it is nice to have an inspection done every time so I can gauge when things will need to be done (tire tread, etc...). They have leveled with me on several occasions saying they only do replacements, not patch repairs. As an example, I have a crack in my exhaust pipe - they can't "fix" it but they can replace the pipe. The mechanic told me the price of a new one and said if I really wanted it fixed (not necessary) then I should find a shop that can repair it because it will be much cheaper.

    I see no reason to go anywhere else as they have always fixed what I needed, never pressured me into getting unnecessary repairs, and have adjusted their schedule to fit mine.

    An excellent dealership ! I've bought two cars from these guys in the last two years and I couldn't be happier. The sales team is amazing and will answer any question you may have. They gave me a fair price without any pressure. The service department is just as amazing and will truly take care of you. I have all my cars serviced at the dealership and it's worth every penny knowing my cars will be well taken care of.

    I highly recommend this International Infiniti, you will not be disappointed.
