Kind of surprising that Amazon would allow such unpleasant people to be the first faces potential new hires would see. I took my in-laws for interviews at the Amazon logistics facility directly and the people there were very positive and encouraging. Huge difference.
Unfortunately Integrity is the only way to get an Amazon warehouse job. Yuck.

Well, Benjamin aka Breezy, was excellent and hilarious. I was wearing red that day and he called me the lady in red. He was very friendly, informative and very laid back. He was able to help me get the job and the shift that I wanted. Very Breezy I might say. Thank you Benjamin for your help.

Benjamin was really nice and funny. He was the most wonderful person that works there. Everybody was rude and impatient but Ben was very patience and helps me get a job.

Staff were extremely rude. They made me wait outside in the heat even though I was providing a ride to someone. Then claimed that there was a sign on the side of the building that stated applicants inside only. There was no sign. The building was difficult to find, and staff spoke in a harsh manner to everyone. They spoke to me as if I was dirt over nothing. There were no other applicants even waiting in the lobby, and the harsh manner in which the front office attendant spoke was really unnecessary. Go somewhere else; there are staffing resources that are easier to find and more accommodating!

They often will bombard your phone with texts and calls and information they provide is highly inconsistent. The hiring process isn’t an issue itself but one day it may be a breeze and another you could be waiting hours even with an appointment

Awful company. Very unorganized and treat their people like they are subhuman. I have no clue why amazon (let alone any business) would use this company. They make you jump through all sorts of hoops and then might misplace your paper work or an entire list of things that could go wrong. In my case they sent me an email with the wrong information on it and when I figured out the problem they refused to take the blame for it or even fix it. What made me even more upset was that the exact same problem that happened to me with the emails had been going on for over a week and they still had no intention of fixing the problem. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

WARNING: kinda long, but truthful and detailed

First, no direct contact info for the office.

Second, the hiring system for amazon is completely messed up. At first I applied for what i could online (the beginning of the process). i was told someone would get back to me, but never did. So, i went to both staffing offices in Indi. I wouldnt say they were rude, but the processing is flat out ridiculous as well. over TWELVE times did i apply for this place. I've seen people walk in and immediately go to the little seminar thing they have for direct hire. I'd get calls and see signs saying they were hiring for specific warehouses, but when id go theyd say there were no more positions. The last time i had went, the man at the desk assured me there were FINALLY positions open, so i went through the identification process with him and went over the shifts. He sent me to the room to do the assessment and app. I did and came back. He looked it over, looked me square in the eyes, and told me i wasnt qualified. The assessment is black and white, im not scared of heights, no disability, not pregnant, no criminal record, and i can lift over 50lbs, so what was the problem? no answer. I eventually emailed corporate who directed me to a manager. Im always professional and nice; corporate directed me to an office pos. due to my resume. I went to the interview and we hit it off, so much so, she offered me the job basically right there. I did the drug screening, got my pay card, and was told id have to go through training and shed call me when they were ready. no contact. She had given me a personal work phone number and said i could text if need be. I called, left voicemails, texted and emailed. never heard back. Now let me tell you (i drive my friend who works at amazon): i have seen people get in fist fights at amazon, i have seen people bust out windows in the lot, i have seen all sizes from under 90lbs to well into morbidly obese. I have seen pregnant women. I have seen people back talk managers. I have seen people with just GEDs and some people with Masters. So, why is it so easy for them to get hired? I feel like i am missing something, but no one will tell me. -_-

Working at Integrity Staffing has been best experience for me in my life compared to ALL of other general / unskilled working jobs out there in the state of Indiana possibly the nation of United States of America. The chance of getting hired as a Picker is 90%. But picker is easy job you just gotta walk decently fast and scan items to pick up. You will get used to it after a while and will become easy. The pay is very good for this job at $12 an hour and they usually convert you to a full-time Amazon employee and you get $12.50 an hour, $13.50 an hour for night shift ($13.00/hr with Integrity Staffing) but I wouldn't recommend night shiftit's not healthy for your body working 10 hrs a day all night. I am so thankful there is almost constant job opening available at Integrity Staffing.
