IPSI was very professional and thorough. Very pleased with my experience and my new Generator. Dave and Kristin were both great. Abd Mike was awesome during the install. The online app works great for control and monitoring of the system. Feels really good to know that my home is now protecting from any prolonged electrical outage.

Very professional, courteous, and neat.
Kept me abreast to what was happening and at the end of the installation, explained as mush as possible what I need to know about the operation of the generator. Very reliable company. I highly recommend them to anyone. Peace of mind during a storm or due to any cause of an outage is worth the money spent and a very good home resale factor.

Had a recent installation of a whole house generator w/ ATS, load contrl (X2) and complete electrical service panel upgrade. as well as integrated my current solay panel array into the upgrade. The installation crew (both teams) were professional, courteous and knowledgable. My project manger (Tom) was a true professional and master of his craft. Despite the fact that my project suffered a completion delay, a sutiable solution was agreed upon and IPSI followed thru with every obligation. Every once in a while you find a business that genuinely cares about their customers. This is one of them.
