We had our first ever fire caused by a crock pot that was left on all night. We woke up to smoke and fire alarms going off and thankfully, the fire did not spread throughout the house, it just filled the kitchen with smoke and soot. We called into Tech and they immediately came out to assess the damage. They got the smell out of the house and all of the smoke damage repaired and under a week and a half. It's as if the fire never happened. Really thankful for these guys. They really know what they're doing when it comes to fire restoration.

These guys are top-notch and we're a lifesaver. We had a pipe burst in the upstairs bathroom at 3:00 a.m. in the morning. Water was flooding down the hallway and threw the ceiling. We called intek and they picked up immediately. They had their crew out here within 30 minutes and likely saved us so much and damage repairs because they were able to stop the flooding from spreading to damaging any more of the house. They also did the repairs to the drywall and the ceiling and the flooring upstairs and it's as if the incident never happened. Truly thankful.
