The team at Innovative Building and Design was extremely cordial, thorough in explaining the details and performed the work on time and within scope. They were honest, not pushy and worked within my timeline. Great team and great experience!

My husband and I worked with Mike and he was awesome through the whole process! He answered all our questions in a timely manner which is really important to us. Our roof was completely replaced and it only took one day! The crew was speedy, professional, and did an amazing job! Great cleanup after as well! I wouldn’t go with any other company in the future!

I can’t recommend Innovative Building & Design enough! They did an amazing job building our new backyard patio! We had a vision for a maintenance free deck, a stamped patio with a retaining wall, and a party/swim spa and they executed on our vision perfectly! We absolutely LOVE it! They were professional, quick to respond to all of my questions, completed our project on time and within budget, and their quality of work was outstanding! We will definitely use them again!

When doing a home project of any kind it’s hard to know what company or contractor to choose. We all want someone who is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful, and will do a good job. You will find all that and more when working with Innovative Building and Design! I have known Justin Kahmann for quite a few years and he has all these qualities and more. I highly recommend them, you won’t regret it!
