YIN YOGA: Calm the mind and relax in stillness. Sitting and mat-lying poses. A gentle slow class for beginners, or deep stretch for more flexible participants. Just stretching, no exertion.
RESTORATIVE YOGA: Relax the mind and body in this practice of all sitting and mat-lying poses. Props are used to support the body to create space for stillness and stress release. Just bliss, no stretching, no exertion.
CORPORATE STRESS-BUSTER BREAK: sponsor a lunchtime or afternoon yoga break at your office, and your employees return to their desks calm, refreshed, and focused.
