Thoroughly unimpressed and disappointed. First, they never answer their phone. It was nearly impossible to get someone on the phone to schedule my appointment, answer my questions and get pricing. Once I made my appointment and came in the stylist was apparently sick and they had failed to notify me. Drove pretty far too. So hey, I figured, understandable, things happen humans error. Rescheduled. Next appointment I came in (different stylist), they had me wait over an hour! She was finishing up someone else. When I finally my hair cut and colored they did a half hazard job. I wanted to go much lighter almost a brown to white ombre and instead its brown to gross yellow. When I called to complain they said they didn't remember me coming in and spending over $100! No record of me in your system? Great. Thanks Infinity. I will be telling all my friends to find a more reputable, more customer-oriented salon.
