Equipment:
Each piece of equipment and CCU is engineered and built in accordance to DNV 2.7-1 and is certified by DNV for true specification and compliance*. All DNV records of compliance are on file for review. Custom decals with customer logos and/or information can be provided and applied to any consignment equipment prior to delivery. Custom sized equipment can be built and provided per customer request.
* All IRE equipment is DNV certified with the exception of custom subleased scaffolding transport baskets and purchased Lloyds registry certified DNV containers.
GPS Tracking:
The IRE tracking program is simple, user friendly, and it works. It is web based, allowing for tracking from any computer or smart device having an internet connection. Customers will have their own web based key allowing for review of their entire fleet by quantity, description and compliance for both equipment and rigging. This allows Customers to access its CCU data from virtually from anywhere, at any time.
*Can track multiple assets at multiple locations
*Assets are pinged twice per day for more accuracy
*User friendly web based system
*Can be utilized from any computer or smart device connected to the internet
*Asset tracking history available
*Asset compliance available through the online system: items such as sling certificates, load test, visual inspections and NDT (non-destructive testing) can be viewed and printed
Slings:
Each CCU received from IRE will be pre-slung and ready for use. All sling compliance information can be reviewed on the GPS tracking website. The compliance information, including recertification dates and certificates, can be monitored and reviewed at any time. All slings, master links, and shackles are US manufactured, individually serialized and permanently attached to each sling assembly before testing. This allows for each sling assembly to be individually tracked throughout its lifespan and ensures compliance of all individual components within the assembly. This also ensures that the sling assembly is removed from service if any of its individual components exceeds their allowed duration of use.
Service:
If contract consignment customers ever have a problem with a piece of IRE equipment, let us know, IRE will exchange it at no cost to you. IRE wants your fleet to look new and be free of any problems. Included in all of our rental programs are sling inspections and swap outs, as well as all NDT service and GPS tracking. All service work performed will be done with a pre-scheduled appointment.
Rental:
Pricing options include daily rental, the IRE Rental Consignment Program, and the IRE Discounted Utilization Program. Each program rate is designed to allow customers a flexible program that best fits their needs. Description of each program is outlined below:
*Daily Rental: Each unit’s daily rental rate is invoiced for the days you use. Once the customer is through with the equipment, it is returned to IRE and the rent is then stopped and invoiced.
*IRE Rental Consignment Program: Our consignment program allows customers to keep a fleet of equipment at their facility. Only the days the equipment is actually used within any given month will be invoiced. The equipment stays at the customer’s facility. Upon each shipment a Start/Stop sheet is filled out and forwarded to IRE. When equipment is returned back to the customer’s yard, the Start/ Stop sheet is filled out showing the return of that equipment, and thus the rent for that equipment stops. Only the days used for each piece of equipment are invoiced monthly. GPS tracking used for monthly reconciling of Start/Stop sheets will be provided to each customer as backup.
*The IRE Discounted Utilization Program: This is our most flexible, user friendly program combining the daily rental and IRE Consignment Program together. The customer would be charged monthly for an agreed utilization percentage of the fleet while stocked at a customer’s location. No Start/Stop sheets to fill out, no monthly reconciliations needed. The customer decides what equipment will be stocked in their fleet and then, the agreed percentage of that fleet’s daily rates are charged on a monthly basis. Always know what your CCU costs are at each location with a fixed cost. For example, if a customer has 100 pieces of CCU equipment on consignment in their fleet, and the customer has agreed to 70% discounted utilization, the customer would be effectively charged for only 70 pieces monthly (even if all 100 pieces are in use). The fleet can be increased or decreased at any time within allowances.
