  You all are terrific—First Rate, and I’ve been told I’m a hard grader! All your people are very responsive and capable, but Abe was just off the chart superb. First, he’s extraordinarily knowledgeable with astute judgment of what we needed and didn’t need. He did the air tests, then recommended the Restore Pro to do the remediation of mold, and they were terrific, too. Two, he’s very responsive—his customer service is excellent, tells you why he’s doing what he’s doing and answering all questions. Third, he is very customer oriented—working with us, especially my daughter who has twin 22 month old boys and a 6 year old daughter, where by definition, flexibility is required. And finally, he’s very friendly and his demeanor is inviting. He’s a pleasant person, which when you’re under the kind of stress of a leaky pipe in the ceiling and ultimate mold remediation, is very much appreciated. He’s calm, cool, and collected. Thank you.

  I reached out to IndoorDoctor after hours regarding a mold issue at my residence. Jeff Bradley reached out to me to set an appointment within an hour after I called. Then, Mike Fanale arrived for a thorough mold evaluation within 24 hours of my initial call to IndoorDoctor. Mike was methodical, patient, and informative throughout the process. A comprehensive report was issued within three business days following the mold testing appointment. Mike reached out to me right-away to review the report, address my questions, and provide counsel on how best to proceed. The team is clearly a well-oiled machine and in the people business as much as the mold-testing business. Thank you for the high-touch customer service and easy experience.

  Mike was very gracious with his time in explaining the differences between a variety of air purifiers. I feel like I got an amazing crash course in air purification. We ended up going with the Defender for now and it has had an immediate effect on our air quality. Looking forward to more help from IndoorDoctor.

  Sean has been to our home 4 times. The first was the initial visit to test for mold. Then he came back 2 additional times to recheck after the remediation was done. He found more each time he returned. He also suggested that we invest in an air filter.
  We have spoken many times on the phone, which he returned quickly if he wasn't able to answer at the time of the call. He has been very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend him and IndoorDoctor to anyone that needs this service.
