I think we can all agree that Indian is a fantastic motorcycle. You could buy one at any Indian Motorcycle Dealer. If you want to purchase a Motorcycle, Parts, apparel or have your Motorcycle serviced I would highly recommend Indian Motorcycle Charlotte. Not just for the products, but for the people that make up this great organization. I have personally interacted with each member of the team and I have not been disappointed. Each and every member is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. You will most likely encounter Holly and Larry in the Showroom both will offer you a warm welcome allow you to browse without pressure yet always be close by to lend a hand. Richie, Will and Joe will assist you with your service needs and all of these guys have a ton of knowledge to get you back on the road or keeping you there with dependable routine maintenance. No problem is too large or small for this team. And they truly care about your needs as a Motorcyclist. Mark you have assembled a wonderful team of professionals. I've purchased three Motorcycles from you to date and your Dealership has put a big smile on my face and my wife's as well. Keep up the great work!
    Indian Motorcycle Charlotte.... You Rock!!

Really nice facility. Large selection and really friendly staff. They only sell Indian motorcycles so if you are looking for something else they won't be able to help you. I am not ready for an Indian yet but if I was I would go here first.

Very friendly. Great women's selection. Let us bring our dog in so that my husband and I could both shop and she wouldn't have to sit in a very hot car.

One of the best vehicle purchase experiences I've ever had. It started when I was greeted by Holly. She is friendly and professional and really cares about her customer. Then she introduced me to Marc who owns the place it is very knowledgeable about his product. Finally, Richie in service is awesome. So far they have over delivered at every step. I highly recommend!

5 star dealership all the way. Every employee in Indian Motorcycle of Charlotte is first class. Bought my 2017 Springfield there and it easily is my best buying experience to date. Cool showroom too.

Overall a pleasurable and no pressure experience. Mark is passionate about Indian motorcycles and its very obvious. Holly is a sweetheart and made sure she did everything to make purchasing my Roadmaster a positive experience. I recommend this dealership with confidence. The showroom has a great, vast selection as well as a lot of beat historical pieces. Also a huge variety of accessories and apparel. Check these guys out.

Very polite people, they will take good care of you and your bike. I mostly deal with Richard @ parts & service department. Ordered multiple parts and used their service. It is pleasure to do business with them. Thank you.

This dealership is the best! My buying experience was excellent and the entire crew has always been incredibly welcoming and helpful. Every time I brought my Scout in for service the issue was handled quickly and professionally. They even picked it up for me once (and let me ride a demo scout, as mine is a daily driver) when my factory battery died. I've since moved away, and I have felt the sting of not having such a great dealership nearby. I really miss this place. If you buy with Indian Motorcycles of Charlotte, you will not regret it.

Last week, I called this dealership to inquire about putting a new tire on my 2016 Indian Scout. I was told that the tire I needed would cost roughly $230 plus labor. I found the same tire online for $143, so I asked an employee in the service department if I could purchase the cheaper tire on my own and have them put it on. The employee said yes, that it wouldn't be a problem.

I ordered the tire and received it at the beginning of this week. I called the dealership back to set an appointment to have it put on my bike. I asked to be transferred to the service department, but the person on the phone said that he could help me. Turns out, it was the owner of the dealership. I told him why I was calling, and he proceeded to tell me that they do not install tires bought from other stores. He then attempted to use an analogy to explain why the policy is as such. The analogy: "That would be like buying a hamburger at McDonald's and bringing it into Burger King to eat it. We just don't do that". This is not only a terrible analogy in itself, it just isn't relative, as I am bringing an Indian motorcycle to an Indian dealership.

I would like to state that I do not disagree with the policy. However, I do disagree with the fact that the owner insinuated I was lying when telling him that I had previously been told by an employee that it wouldn't be an issue. He asked who I spoke to. I told him that it sounded like an older gentleman with a raspy voice. The owner replied by saying, "we have no older men here. Good luck to you" and hung up on me.

I have worked in the service industry for over 4 years, and this was nowhere near good customer service. The owners of Indian Motorcycle Dealerships must be aware that they represent the company as a whole. They have a responsibility to uphold the Indian name. Again, if a dealership prefers that you buy the tire from them to have it installed, that's fine. If I had known that was the case, I would have bought the tire from the dealership. Perhaps there should be ongoing training and/or meetings to discuss policy in order to prevent conflicting information being shared with customers. The owner may also want to refrain from insinuating that potential customers are liars.

As a dedicated Indian owner who has travelled across the entire country on my scout (9,000 miles in one month), the worst part for me is that this is the only dealership in my area. I no longer feel comfortable making use of any of their services.

    Good Luck.
