They always have a changing selection of beers (although they lean more often towards sours). They had the best stout I've ever had, the coconut stout, but they haven't had it in a while. Neat atmosphere and friendly staff. Their tasters are $2 or $3 each, which makes their flights inexpensive. Constant good food trucks in circulation. Order your beers by number, not by name.

This place is my home away from home. Max and Geri are the best and it always feels like I am seeing family when I visit. It does help that this new location is walking distance to my house. Beautiful space with a private room for parties (I had my graduation party here!). Bingo on Wednesday and Trivia on Thursday. Loads of great beers on the menu! I highly recommend it and bring all my friends here for the beer and atmosphere.

I recommend everyone to stop by this brewery. Large selection, they have a lot of sour's and they are all good. Staff is friendly, and they have food trucks daily. Definitely worth checking out.

I drive 75 miles to come to Indian Joe Brewing. That alone should tell you how good the beers are. The pumpkin ale is always a must, and the white sage IPA is a rare find. I always feel at home here with my southern tribal neighbors. Did I mention FRYBREAD? Be sure to try some on the day(s) they make it 👍👍

Outstanding Tasting Room, it's fun, busy, great music and tasty beer! Large upstairs suitable for private parties. Tons of fun activities throughout the week; Wednesday-Bingo, Thursday-Trivia, food trucks on selected dates. This place is an awesome addition to Vista.

I love this place! Geri and her staff are so friendly and down to earth. Their selection of beers is very tasty and they have trivia night on Thursdays. Super chill spot to hang out at, they have an upstairs and downstairs area and a nice outdoor space. If you want to host an event there they are very accommodating, they have a private room that holds a good amount of people. Love everything about this place!

Usually when I go to a brewery, there'll be one or maybe two beers that I like off the tap list, but they're never really unique and taste pretty much like the beers I choose at other breweries. But that all changed when I discovered Indian Joe Brewing. They have the most eclectic and delicious beers on tap of any brewery I've been to, and believe me, I've been to quite a few! I've personally tried over 20 different beers at Indian Joe's and loved them all...and no, "loved" is not too strong a word to describe just how wonderful they are! And to top it all off, the brewery's owners Max and Geri go out of their way to make you feel at home with their very down-to-earth, hands-on approach to all that goes on at Indian Joe's. By far my new favorite place to hang out, relax, and enjoy the best craft beer in California!

Great prices and a really nice venue. You can bring your doggie! We arrived a little early and beat the rush, so we got to pick a great spot upstairs on a couch to play some of the games that are provided. There was a great selection of beers, and what's really nice is that there are $2 tasters for every beer. Alex at the bar made some really great suggestions. Also, best parking situation I have dealt with for a brewery in a long time. I will be going back soon.

This place had a cool divey vintage-y atmosphere, but unfortunately this was the sixth and last stop of the Great Northern San Diego Brewery Crawl of 2014 and I was pretty much filled to capacity. My friend and I got a few tasters but I can't remember very much about them. I think I was lucky enough to be able to stay seated on the stool at this point, lol. I do remember I was talking with the owner, Max, who was manning the bar and he was really nice. I also found out that they're expanding and wouldn't be in that location much longer. I wish them much success, but I hope they don't lose their distinctive look/attitude.

Love coming here during the week...they always have something fun going on...whether it's Bingo or Trivia night, you are sure to have a great time, and possibly win some free stuff. One night I tried about 8 of their beers, and I enjoyed every single one of them. Their beers are on the lighter side, and many of them have a fruity kick to them. The staff is all very friendly, and sometimes they have food trucks.

This place is stellar! After home brewing and trying micro breweries for the past 15 yrs or so,I think this place is the best.Joe really knows what he is doing. The guy is essentially a gourmet chef working with beer.He didn't mind telling me some of his techniques. Some breweries have a style or 2 dialed in,but their other stuff isn't that great.Everything there from dark to light and in between is distinct and excellent. My wife, who is a gourmet cook and able to think in flavors, got a coupon for Aztec. We didn't like it at all, stopped at Joes on the way out with low expectations and were amazed. The reviewer who said Joe's sucked and Aztec is better, probably owns a piece of Aztec. BTW Karen's husband is writing this.

The beer was good but the wait staff is not attentive at all!! Make sure you get everything back when you visit. We never opened up a tab, but the waitress never brought us our card back after my boyfriend signed the check. We were told our beer would be brought out to us and completely forgot about the card. When we got home, we realized that not only did we not have the card, but that they had treated it as an open tab, resulting in a $12.85 tab for two $5 beers. They refused to take any accountability for their mistake and remained positive that it was our fault.

What a gem! 28 beers on tap, and the house was hopping (pun intended). Specialty brews with unique flavor profiles and entertainment. This is a great place to hang out. I'm bringing a group back today for a chocolate/beer pairing. One flight for the ladies and another for the gentlemen.

This is also a great place to try Indian tacos if they happen to be on the food menu :-D
