  Took my Mother in law there and they have the worst help behind the front desk. Rude ignorant and too worried about talking to each other instead of the patients. Will never take her back again we will being going to Lawalls. I guess when you have young inexperience people you get what you pay for. Poor service and help

  John took three weeks to accomplish a feat his biggest rival, " The biggest supplier of prosthetics in the north east." could not. John identified with me as a person, not a patient or just another amputee. In over a decade using his rival firm, Independence just blew the pants off of them in terms of technology, service, and general knowledge. If you are an amputee Independence is equal to none in restoring your mobility, and treating you as a human not in my case a pair of bloody stumps. In 14 years of being an amputee their service is parallel to none
