This shop is really the best. One if they don't have something they have other stores and a super store in San Dimas so odds are they have it. The staff is very knowledgeable and really make you feel like you are the only customer to make sure you are fitted correctly. Got 3 bikes for whole family including a high end mountain bike for em.

Performance Bikes is closer to me, but after a couple of mediocre to bad experiences there I switched to Incycle and it's so much better. Better selection, better service. Incycle gives you a very conservative estimate of when they'll have your work done -- they've always had my bike ready a day or two early, which I appreciate. I had an annoying creaking / popping noise on a bike that I bought online and built myself. When I went into Performance, I got a lecture about how I should buy bikes from them rather than online. When I went into Incycle, someone spent many hours tracking down the issue, only charged me $40, and the creak has been totally gone ever since.

My husband needed some general repair on his bike and normally goes to Incycle since it's close to his work. Unfortunately, we had a really bad interaction with this shop and will no longer visit.

It's a very nice storefront (positive). My husband went in to get some general care and repair. The quote was $400, but originally started at $75 two days before (and also..the repair was told it would be done the day he first came in...and then they kept the bike for two days). This was rather extreme and inconvenient (my husband didn't expect to have his bike away for two days of inspection). We ended up going to another local bike shop (not as big or flashy). The repair ended up taking half a day and cost $20.

My husband also told me they were trying to persuade him to buy a new bike while explaining to him what kind of repair was needed (which also wasn't clear).

Hopefully, this was just a one-time thing and not regular customer-care. We hope other patrons have experienced better.

Great bike shop. They have a wide range of bikes. Mark was great, he was very knowledgeable and helped me purchase my mountain bike. I recommend this shop to all my friends.

When I told the guy what I wanted he showed me some bikes. When I told him I wanted to spend closer to $1000, he told me, "maybe you should check craigslist then."
You don't want my business enough to show me some options closer to my price range? Your loss. I'll take my business to Performance Bicycle. At least they seemed to want to help fit me properly, and steer me towards something in my price range, and "close" to what I'm interested in.

Such a great bike store, whether it be for service or purchasing gear and bikes. Nice and helpful customer service.

I've bought several bikes from them, never had a complaint. Service my bikes here too and they get the job done.

They sell several brands but focus on Specialized and Cannondale.

I drive all the way from the valley to get my bike errands done here, even with access to other local bike stores.

Only complaint is limited parking but usually it doesn't get too crazy. There's always street parking.

    Thanks Incycle

If I could leave 6 stars, I would! My husband and I have been coming to this store for years, well, mostly my husband. For Christmas, I decided to get him a bike rack that goes in the back of our car. Really, it was selfish because I am tired of his bike taking up the trunk and the back seats. That way we could mount the bike on the rack, and still have room for, say, my stuff! Long story short part of the gift was that I was going to mount the bike rack onto the trailer hitch myself. I started the process but couldn't finish it because I didn't have proper tools. I called Incycle, asking if I could bring it by for them to help me with one small step of the installation. The hex key that I had was bad and I didn't want to strip any of the screws. Tyler answered the call and was very polite and helpful. I am glad I drove over because this ended up being a more involved process. For the past 45 minutes Tyler has been shaving the paint off of the bike rack portion that slides into the trailer hitch receiver and filing down the trailer hitch receiver itself so that the two fit snugly. I don't remember the last time somebody was this nice and helpful, considering I unwillingly signed them up for a very annoying and lengthy process! I cannot wait to tell my husband how awesome his beloved bike shop is (he already knows). Needless to stay, we will stay loyal to this store and come back here again for other bike related purchases! Thank you, Incycle! Thank you, Tyler – you are the best!

This review is for their service department only. I went in to have them look at my rear derailleur because I was having shifting issues. They tell me the hanger is bent and that they can bend it back but they will charge me $15. After waiting around for 10 or 15 minutes the guy comes out and says it's done. I tried shifting the bike again and I was still having the same shifting issues and they couldn't give me an explanation as to why. But yet they had no issue taking my money. A few days later I went to another shop and they tell me the hanger is still bent. It's annoying that they charge me $$ and don't even fix the problem.

They tell you one thing then comes the hidden charges, unreal. Careful with David the Pasadena store, offers things then tells you sure I can do that no problem then comes the BS, you need more this and more that.

Really good shop with excellent and easy going staff. Matthew helped me buy a new bike, and was very unbiased in his opinions (directing me to models that would suit me, rather than the flash expensive models). Shop has a fabulous range of bikes, clothes and parts - probably the best bike shop in LA County.

Incredibly helpful staff. Serviced my Cervelo P3 for me when I had a small issue with the crank. Bike was back to me in about two days and working great!
