I highly recommend In-Depth Inspections. Dave and Gary are very thorough, spotting and pointing out all the potential areas of interest for my clients. Inspections can be brutal; some houses are a little more distressed than others, but it is the way the issues are presented to the essential clients that make the difference. They are excellent. I was very pleased with the home inspection on my new home. In Depth was VERY wonderful explaining details of the inspection, I now have a picture and video of my entire house for the things I couldn’t. I’m very appreciative of how professional and personable the in depth team was. I would recommend them to anyone looking for and inspector. These guys are the best! I used their website to quickly schedule the inspection. Prior to the home inspection, I received a couple confirmation emails/texts and a confirmation call. They were prompt to arrive, answered a couple of questions about the process, they were very thorough and then after the inspection, they both took the time to explain every detail. The interactive report was delivered within hours and was full of photos and actionable information. An excellent value and I highly recommend these guys!

Gary and his team at In Depth did a great job and did a thorough inspection for me on two different properties. They communicated clearly with us and and were very knowledgeable in their field of expertise.

I highly recommend hiring these guys for your inspection needs. I felt like the inspection was very thorough, detailed and they explained the things we needed to help us understand what had to be done.

I am a San Diego Realtor and Gary & Dave have always provided excellent services to the clients they are serving. I am always relieved when I hear one of my clients has decided to use In-Depth for their home inspection, especially when it comes to their Downtown San Diego Condo purchase.

We have multiple instances where we had a short contingency timeline and needed a home inspection fast, within a few days fast. They were able to work around mine, the sellers, and the client's schedule to make it happen quickly.

Their in-depth knowledge of living Downtown, background in construction, knowledge of the various HOAs, insight into repair/ construction costs, and ability to color-code what are the major issues and what may need monitoring are incredibly helpful to the clients we serve.
