  After failing to figure out what was wrong with my car, failing to provide an estimate, or do anything to remedy my issue, they charged me $43.00. When I told Clinton that he made it sound as the $43.00 charge was if they did work on the car less than $43.00 value they would do it without asking, not that they would charge $43.00 no matter what they did, or in my case did not do. He told me that other mechanics would charge $100.00, as if I should be grateful to only be charged $43.00 to have nothing done to my car. Go to Clay's Automotive next door. He might take longer, but he has never charged me without fixing my car.

  Best shop in town. They never try to sell me something I don't need. Have tried other shops in town and usually get hit up for several hundred dollars worth of bogus repairs. Great customer service. Friendly.

  We needed brake work and being from out of town decided to call Import Authority. Warren's estimate was exactly what our home mechanic said it should be. And then it ended up costing less because they were able to repair some parts instead of replacing them. Warren and the staff treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy, and we received excellent service at a fair and reasonable price.

  I was having an issue with my car, and after taking it to 3 different mechanics and fixing 4 "issues" that were thought to be the issue and didn't fix anything, I was at a loss. Someone recommended that I go to Import Authority and it was the BEST choice I made. The staff was very friendly, very informative, and made the whole process of even getting a my transmission replaced a breeze. I was in and out in 3 days (and that included a day of diagnosing, 1 day of the actual transmission shipment, and then 1 day of labor). By far, the best experience I have had dealing with my car in Tallahassee, or anywhere for that matter. Also, very good on price. I'm a very happy customer and would recommend Import Authority time and time again!

  Clint and his staff are always courteous and up front about what needs to be repaired. They have reasonable prices and do not try to tact on extra items just because. I have a Mercedes and BMW I take to them when I need repairs.

  After hearing great things about Import Authority from a friend, I brought my new Miata there for a second opinion about its A/C system. Now I understand those great things I heard: Terrific, friendly, speedy, expert service from Clinton, Chip, Steve and the entire crew. All of that at a fair price. Import Authority will be caring for my autos from now on.

  I have been taking my cars to Import Authority for a very long time. My family members takes their cars there also. They give excellent service. Very truthful about the repairs, if needed, on your vehicle. I just love these guys, Warren, Clint, Steve and Chip. I love the entire crew! They are a very honest bunch to deal with when it comes to service and repairs to your vehicle.
