  Tried out this hand car wash today and let me tell you I was happy with the result! Staff is decently nice, reasonable prices aswell. I have a black car so it requires a little more work to take care of the paint.

  Always get a free standard car wash after an oil change. I prefer the Royal Purple's high mileage engine oil than Castrol's. I've been a regular customer and services here are professional. Premise is kept clean. Restroom 🚻, ATM 🏧, TV 📺 in the waiting area are available for customers. Highly recommend this car wash and lube to anyone.

  Offers car detailing. Be careful to check for buffer swirl marks as some of the staff there is in training. I had my paint job damaged on my classic show car here.

  Today was probably the worst experience I have ever had with an automotive establishment. I went in with the intentions to receive excellent service. Instead, I left with a semi cleaned carwash and a car overheating. My car is basically brand-new and has never had any issues. I went in for a oil change and came to find out after that my car has begun to overheat. I quickly told the apathetic mechanic that the car was overheating. He looked clueless but I knew something was up. He told me two reasons why the fan wasn't working, both were counterintuitive and didn't make sense. He told me once I drove the car from the premises my car would adjust back to it's old temperature. After heading home the car stayed on high heat the entire way, I called back but was given no answer. I brought the car to a friend of mine who is a mechanic, he discover the fan cord had been unplugged. Yes Unplugged! This could of caused the radiator to crack and the engine to go sour. I urge every individual to stay away from this place. I have already contacted consumer affairs and in the process of reporting this sense of horrible foul play. I guess buyer beware!

  Just came back from getting my 2017 Nissan Limited edition Rogue One washed and I regret taking it there.
  First they left a lot of water marks from not drying it well.
  The car STILL some had dirt on it.
  The back seat was not vacuumed at all.
  Inside front windshield still had stains from whatever spray they used to clean it also center console had spray marks on it.
  Even had to tell the guy to clean underneath my bumper guard which was still dripping wet.
  There were two other cars ahead of me and somehow this guy finished WAY BEFORE THEY WERE....
  For the money I paid I expected a WHOLE lot better.
  I will never recommend this place to anyone.

  I left my car for exterior (waxing) and interior (shampooing) clean up work. They completed the job in 4 hours and the job itself was pretty good. My only angst is that I specifically asked if I need to air out the car. The supervisor indicated that there is no need for that. After a day of being parked in the basement with the windows up, my car now has a moldy smell that isn't going away. Here is a person who does this day in day out. I wish he had at least asked me to use my own judgement instead of waving off the need to air it out.
  
  Having said all this, I'll still go back. I have no complaints about the actual work done.

  I used to go to this car wash weekly around eight or nine years ago. It was top notch with lines around the block. I just bought a brand new car and although I moved from the neighborhood a long time ago, I figured I would take it to the best car wash I have ever been to. Well, a lot has changed. Swirls and brush scratches all over the new paint job. They did not clean the inside of the driver door which was probably the dirtiest part of the car but one guy did spend a solid five or six minutes drying my lift gate.
  Owner is still there, I saw him near the detail garage but everything else has changed. Normally I would just be disappointed but being that my new car looks like I brought it to an automatic wash, I am pretty pissed off.

  Can't ever complain about Imperial. Been coming here for years, the only car wash that has long lines running down Woodhaven Blvd., speaks volumes about how good they are.
  
  I like that they do the wash by hand, they take good care getting into all the nooks and crannies with soft brushes that don't scratch your vehicle.
  
  Gets hand dried as well and they spend time on each car, never rushing them through. Worth the wait.
  
  I like the rewards card you get stamped to earn free washes. I've gotten oil changed here too, no problems, and oil change gets you a free wash too.

  The line moves quick here. I like the way my car looks after it's washed here. The workers and the machines don't beat up on your car. When the wash is finished and its time to do touch up drying, the guys do a good job wiping streaks and lingering soap.

  The owner is very respectable and courteous. If you have an issue he makes it a priority to see to it that you leave happy. His staff follows his lead when it comes to customer service.

  Never going back. The car was left dirty inside and out when i pointed out to the guy doing the cleaning he gave me attitude. This place doest use microfiber towels because i found a lot of reside from the rags all over the car. Rims were left dirty. 😡😡😡
