All of my work here has been excellent! I have found the designer works her best to make you happy and work with you on your design. It is definitely worth the money to know no one has anything like me.

Now that my refund has been finalized, let me go ahead and tell you about this horrible business that is Image Advertising All I wanted was my back window tinted with limo tint. At $70, I thought I was getting a good deal. Oh how I was wrong. The first time I went there, they "slid me in" (I admit I was late for the appointment, but don't do the work if your gunna do a sloppy job), and after about 30 minutes, they showed me what was their finished job. I accepted it at first because I kind of bought the owners bullshit that he told me. The edges were horribly cut, leaving anywhere from an 1/8th inch gap to a 1/4inch gap around some of the edges. Some of the other cuts were actually all the way up to the edge, like they're supposed to be. The owner's excuse for this was that there was no rubber around the edge of the window to tuck the tint under. This is a pretty weak excuse, considering about half of the tint DID butt up to the edge of the window. He also told me that my toolbox on the bed was interfering with him measuring it correctly, which I don't understand because he told me beforehand he was going to remove it or work around it. Bottom line: it was a quickly and sloppy cut and he didn't want to redo it because limo tint is the more expensive of tints. So after about a week I took it back (for whatever reason I thought I could live with it, but the gap I could see in my rear view was driving me nuts) and they scheduled me another appointment for the following week, saying they'd redo it free of charge. About an hour before the appointment, the very nice lady who works up front called me and said they couldnt fit me in because of the imminent snow storm. (Which wasn't due for another five or six hours, but whatever). So, two days later I arrive for our re-scheduled reschedule appointment, and after about an hour they show me their redo. Firstly, it was just as horribly cut as it was the first time, again the owner giving me excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't done correctly, saying my windows was dirty and blah blah. (Why the hell didn't you clean it first?) Secondly, the tint they did put on, wasn't even limo tint!(On the way there with the proper tint on, I could barely see out, with this new tint Its like it wasnt even there) Obviously limo tint is more expensive, and my thoughts are that the owner was trying to get one over on me to save himself some money. He tried to prove it to me by putting their meter thing on it and it read 6%. Now, how is it possible, that limo tint(5%) on an already stock-tinted window, comes out to be 6%? At this point I was over fed-up with this whole business and just said forget it and left. I've taken it to two other tinting businesses in the area, and both have said they can't believe that someone's pride in the work they do is that low and that they can't believe he even let that leave the shop, and that the tint they put on there is NOT limo tint. After all this I disputed the charge with my bank. I would have posted this review earlier but I wanted to wait until the dispute was finalized. In conclusion, the owner needs to take a class or two on customer relations (he was an ass the ENTIRE time), and get some pride in his work. I'm glad my money was "pissing in the wind" him(yes, he actually said that "$70 is pissing in the wind for me."), because he sure as hell won't be getting any more of it.
