Horrible customer service. Went to try to get fingerprinted for my daughter 5 different times bc they kept saying we needed more paperwork. Then when we got everything and even went and got her an OK State ID they still would not do her fingerprinting. So now we've run out of time and she's lost a job bc they couldn't just be completely clear about what they accept and if they bothered with actual customer service they would've told me the very first visit, that she needs a waiver, but they didn't.
Oh and don't even get me started on making appointments and trying to call because the number isn't even correct! There's not a single human to speak to unless you press 0 a few times, you might get someone but they don't really know for sure what to tell you so they tell you what you have will work and to go ahead and bring it up there. Then the ladies at the desk turn you away. They don't email to confirm your appointment either.
I hope I don't have to deal with this place again.
Pointless to make an appointment. My appointment was at 0820. The prints went quickly, but the appointment time is just an approximation. Be prepared to wait past your time. I got called for my prints at 0832. Walked out at 0837. The girl doing it was very nice.
I didn't have any issues at my visit here. The lady running the fingerprint area was quick and efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
was forced to make an appointment here as this is the business the hiring company uses. Idemia and identogo are absolutely horrible and their customer service reps and phone system are even worse. this business wants to either hire zero humans or would employ monkeys if they could get away with it. You MUST do everything through the website as they will do the MOST to make sure you cannot get in touch with a human....took me 45 minutes and SEVERAL transfers to get in touch with a human and BOTH were extra miserable humans. the number listed on the BUSINESS website is not correct....so that operator was extra pissed that she had to answer the phone and then got upset with me when i explained that the number listed was the number I called and she RUDELY explained that i was supposed to know that it was a federal number LOL! overall, you can make a million appointments and they will never be confirmed via email or text message. so just try to call and confirm you appointment with a human. and DO NOT try to make another appointment to ensure you actually have an appointment....because the system will delete your current appointment and assign a new one. but you will never be notified of that either.....overall....please let me start a profitable business and not have to hire humans or offer customer access (not service--- just access). just praying that i actually have a real appointment when i show up tomorrow.
We had a 9am appt. They were running 20 minutes behind. However - there is no check in process or help staff to tell you this. A lady came out at 905 and ask for everyone's documents and THEN she would check appts. When she asked what we were there for I told her fingerprint for my daughter employment. She said she couldn't take that without something else when I tried to understand what else she needed she turned around and walked away without taking anything from me. Come to find out her employer submitted the form when they schedule her appt. The only other open appts are a week away at another location. I don't suggest using this location - the one worker was extremely rude.
The best experience, they got us right in, and everyone was so nice. I highly recommend this branch.

No point in making an appointment if they are tossing you to the back of the line. They do 4 different services with only 1 person for them. Do better and staff at least 2 people.
Always help as fast as possible and efficiently for me every time I stop in. Its never great going to tag agency, but this one always help to best of their abilities
