  It's been years since I've gotten a laser treatment and was nervous to come in for my touchups--but this Ideal Image team made sure I had all the info needed and am comfortable in every way. Ashley administered my session and answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend and will be coming back to this location.

  One good thing about this place is that the staff provides with good customer service. However, they push you to get laser hair removal in other parts of your body. Another thing is that the treatments are VERY long. I easily went for about 2 years, and I noticed NO RESULTS AT ALL!! I totally do not recommend to do laser hair removal here. I got it done on my armpits and I shave the same or even more now. PLUS, IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE. Overall, it is a waste of time and money. For the record, I paid $1,500 for ONLY my armpits and once again, NO RESULTS.
  
  MY RECOMMENDATION: DON'T GET LASER HAIR REMOVAL HERE!!!

  I must say the pain is extremely high
  But the refund policy is a complete scam. I would think long and hard before commiting. They never said anything till now. But for the 9 treatments they say you only pay for 5 and other 4 are free so they don't have to refund you as much. What a scam. One employee treating me like a freak.
  Never smiled, giving a look of judgement the whole excruciating time.

  I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Their Facebook add caught my attention and since I want some treatments done, I provided my information, so that I could take advantage of their free consultation.
  I gave them my information and they kept sending me text messages for me to confirm my appointment. I did, and I arrived on time.
  The receptionist told me to take a seat and wait, and that they will be with me shortly.
  I saw a lot of people waiting, and everybody going in before me, and the clock ticking and nobody even taking the time to acknowledge my presence, or taking the time to explain to me why were they were taking so long.
  Finally I stood up and left.
  Two hours went by and I finally got a phone call from them, but I was so pissed off that I did not pick up.
  Melonie left a voice message apologizing and saying that this happens from time to time, but that she had spoken to the manager about this, and that she had authorized her to give me a 10% discount (off a free consultation?)
  She also said that the manager was going to call me and that never happened.
  A day later I got an email with a link to a survey. I took the survey and my review was obviously very bad.
  I got another phone call from Melonie (apparently the manager is too important to talk to a dissatisfied customer). Melonie told me that the manager was willing to offer a free treatment of my choice.
  I told her I don't want anything from them and gave her some pointers on how to behave in a more professional manner.
  When I pointed out that after I left they let 2 hours go by before they contacted me, her excuse was that she was afraid that I might be too mad and she didn't want to deal with that (Yes. She actually said that).
  I really hope these people invest in some education on customer service, communication, customer satisfaction, time management and people skills.

  I love this place every one so kind and i feel so comfortable i do Laser hair removal and it was like miracle for me know my face is different i'm so so happy with the results it's worth every penny thanks for everyone how work in ideal image especial ❤ Ashley ❤ you're the best 😚😙💓💓

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment and waited and waited. After 35 minutes I was given an update and told there were some technical issues... My problem is waiting for 35 minutes before being told that. I'm sure those issues were known and should have been communicated. As I was leaving the staff tried to offer gifts for waiting but time is much more valuable and I'm not accepting gifts for waiting. I should have gone off all of the previous reviews and stayed away. I'm very glad I wasn't seen for my consult.

  I am so pleased I choose Ideal Image to have my cool sculpting done!!! From the moment I walked in the door the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. My appointment was with Hope and she was amazing!! She explained everything to me thoroughly and answered every question I had. Once I got back to the procedure room and meet the nurses I was even more impressed! They both explained everything in detail. They made sure I was comfortable with every step along the way. I have a huge scar on my stomach so it made the procedure a little more tricky so they ensured we together made the best decision to give me the best final result!! I honestly have never had such an amazing team of people be so friendly and make me feel so comfortable in what could have been an awkward experience. They made me fabulous and i cant wait to get my next improvement done!!

  I went to ideal image because I have had so much success with them from laser hair removal. I did like the facility so i started to look into their cool sculpting options. I went to the consultation and was told I WOULD WITHOUT A DOUBT LOSE INCHES in the area i had the procedure on, which was my entire mid section side and portions of my back. I followed up as needed and even dieted for x amount of weeks after 8 weeks i still had NO RESULTS NOTHING ZERO! I paid almost $5000.00 dollars for this procedure. I was very upset and at this point extremely depressed to have just thrown all my money down the drain for NO results. I contacted ideal image after about X weeks and was told I would have to contact the credit agency so I did so. I sent in letters of dispute in the timely manner they asked after about X weeks I was told ideal image did not respond to their requests, nor did they respond to my email. So there was nothing that could be done and I was obligated to the entire amount.I will never go back to ideal image they basically stole my money from me.
  COOL SCULPTING DOES NOT WORK, IT IS A SCAM, AND A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.......

  Less hair growth, but they promised none. If there were any it would be within a year or 2, but not 2 months after my final treatment. Went back to let them know I didn't spend $3000+ just to still have to shave. They said someone would contact me after reviewing my complaint...2 months later here I am. I should've read reviews beforehand. I could've had done a lot with that money.

  I started my treatment November 2013 and completed it April 2015. I had two areas treated, and I have to say from the beginning of the treatment to now, I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff nor with the results of the treatments. The staff has always been fun to talk to and have always made me feel comfortable. The cost is a little pricy, but for me, it was worth every penny. I am not as hairy as some, but I had hair that did embarrass me (I too am light skinned and dark haired) and so I had no worry of the cost to make myself feel better. Once you see the results in between treatments, you begin to get addicted to the idea of never having to shave again. They offer in house financing, which you may or may not get approved for, but they also have other financing options that they will go over with you. I will forever refer people to them and will use them myself again. Hope was the lady I originally had my consultation with and she is awesome. She explained everything fully and did her job well. The nurse I had, I can't ever remember her name (terrible with names), was also really awesome and never once made me feel self conscious. I only had a different nurse two of the nine treatments, which is to be expected given that people do need days off here and there. Either way, go see them and at least hear what they have to say. Nothing bad can come out of a free consultation.
