Really Really bad experience! Me and my wife wanted to go out for hibachi and they wanted us to only sit on the end and would not allow us to sit where we were seated. They only care about money and crowding in as many people at 1 table as they can. I will never go back there ever. We walked out happily!

I have always loved this place until today when my friends and I came and the staff was so unbelievably rude. The way the waitress handled us when taking our orders was as if she had been talking to 5 year olds, not adults. She got so frustrated with my friend for asking for no noodles and more rice and she asked her 4 times speaking in a loud and slow voice. The discomfort I felt from them staring at us and laughing and waiting right at our hibachi table to clean up and set up new dishes was extremely disrespectful. There was nobody even waiting for a table but they were dying to get us out. I won't be going here ever AGAIN

I went here to celebrate my niece's birthday dinner. It was a huge disappointment. The food was loaded with MSG and high sodium. I felt as if I had to check my blood pressure by the time I got home. The waiters weren't helpful and the manager was not accommodating or welcoming. Definitely won't be back to give them business.

My family and I are very loyal customers to this Ichiban location and I was not happy when I went there this past Sunday. We always go there for the hibachi lunch and always get a decent amount of everything. This time, the noodles I had received were HALF of what I normally get. I complained to two different waiters, they got their manager and he did NOTHING!! As a dissatisfied customer he didn’t do a thing to accommodate me. I come here all the time I know the correct portions! I asked him if the chef could make me more noodles and he told me yes, but for an extra charge. Then I also got the sushi lunch and I got a spicy tuna roll that had caviar on the top. I ate a piece and complained it was super fishy. I eat sushi at least once a week and I never had a spicy tuna roll that tasted this fishy. I complained to the manager about that and it’s almost like I had to convince him to switch it out!! I was trying to tell him that this was my first time eating sushi this fishy and he cut me off after I said this was my first time eating and assumed I never had sushi before. I made him aware I eat sushi at least once a week if not more, I know when a roll is fishy!! Also, I always feel rushed when I come here. If I'm not done with my appetizer but I'm saving it for later, I'll have multiple waiters come up to the table trying to take it away. So unhappy with their service and it’s disappointing because I love coming here. Definitely not a happy customer.

love the hibachi. Great food and service. Excellent selection of dishes and sushi. Only downside is that they have a limited wine selection and no other alcoholic drinks.

The hibachi is delish. Never had any stomach issues after eating here and just to note I cant eat at any chain restaurants due to it not agreeing with my stomach. I dont know what that white onion sauce is that they give you but its addicting.

Good sushi and other Japanese staples. A real nice setting. The prices are a little steep but good sushi usually run a little more.

Had the Tofu with brown rice and it was delicious. It was dredged in tempura with a light crisp outside with vegetables. Service was excellent.

Sushi and hibachi are great. Service is very good, attentive and receptive but the food is the star here. You will not be disappointed here.

As avid sushi lovers me and my wife have eaten here every other Friday for the past 2 years and we like the food and the service. We have tried all the other local places and only Ichiban and Ikko are our choices. The sushi is great, so is the service. The days we cannot make it there, we order take out and out of over 15 times ordering so far we have never had a missing item or wrong order.

I've eaten here before at their hibachi table and it was very good. I did a take out order of the hibachi noodles, rice and veggies. All side dishes and separate. The noodles & rice were dry and tasteless. Very disappointed as I love it when I sit down to their hibachi table. Failed for the takeout! Only convienent was the on line ordering!
