  I drove 3 hours (one way) to purchase my vehicle from here, after spending 8 months looking for a car. Misty is absolutely amazing and took very good care of me. This was a no pressure environment, I wasn't haggled and any issue that came up was resolved in a fair manner. I hope dealerships realize that customers are willing to drive longer distances to get a better deal and to be treated with respect. Even though it was a 6 hour round trip, I still saved money coming here. Misty, thank you for everything you did!

  Scheduled an oil change for my car.
  Arrived on time for my appointment.
  Waited through the man at the desk taking 4 different phone calls that were on hold before he acknowledged that I was standing in the waiting room with a fussy infant on my hip...
  At which point I asked for the oil filter for my vehicle and I took my car to Wal-Mart where the staff knows how to acknowledge someone's existence.

  Went to see about using my car as a trade-in, after decided to not trade my car, they kept my title. Kept calling only to have them hang up on me every time, would not respond to emails. I drove all the way to Somerset to only be told "Sorry but your going to have to file for a lost title..... We lost yours.......
