Thrilled with our new Highlander. Everyone we delt with at Hyannis Toyota was knowledgeable about their product when we had questions and incredibly fair when it came down to the purchase price. This is the second vehicle I have bought here and probably will not be the last. I would highly recommend Hyannis Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car.

The dealership has good selection and staff worked hard to find the right car. I was going to finance with an outside group but the business manager was able to get me a better rate thru Toyota. A few mishaps along the way but the gentleman I worked with was able to rectify any issues. All in all very good service.

I'm writing about my experience working with Jack Moloney. I wanted to purchase a used Rav 4. I am located in California. We asked Jack about certain cars on the website, and he gave us feedback on those. He then suggested the two cars that he thought were perhaps the best fit for what we were looking for. He videotaped those, with commentary, and sent them to us. We asked him to video a couple other cars. He tried, but they were located at other dealerships. When we finally settled on a vehicle, he worked very, very hard to get all the documentation together that we needed to register the vehicle. We were on a very short time frame, because my son wanted to pick the car up and put it on the ferry today. Jack made it all happen. He worked with my insurance agent here in California. He worked with the Massachusetts state authorities to get the inspection. He was just really great. And throughout, he was friendly,, responsive, and very professional. A really great experience!

I've never had a easier and more enjoyable car purchasing experience than I did with Hyannis Toyota. Their no pressure, no stress approach to customers was much appreciated. They provided all the information and care I needed to be a return customer, 10 times over. Thank you, Hyannis Toyota for convincing me that not all sales-people and dealerships are out there to meet the bottom line!

This was my first experience with Toyota and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman (Jeremy) and the sales manager knew my budget and put me in the vehicle I wanted. They were both friendly and professional. I was so pleased I bought a second vehicle from them the next day! Thank you Hyannis Toyota. I won't go anywhere else!

Very recently I was looking for a Toyota 4wd/Awd.I spent a bit of time with a salesman named Chet. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very agreeable with the pricing conversation we had.
Although I did not purchase from the dealership ( I opted for a private sale) I am certain that because of my positive experience at Hyannis Toyota that I will be back for the servicing of my vehicle and definitely for any other purchasing of future vehicles.

After driving to Cape Cod on Friday evening 1 October 2016 (in terrible rain and traffic), we realized (on Saturday afternoon) that our 2010 Prius passenger side headlight was burned out . and I did NOT want to drive back to CT in terrible conditions, at night, on Sunday, without good headlights!! I called on Saturday afternoon, and Kristen immediately got us into the schedule (maybe 75 minutes before closing time!) -- The staff there was wonderfully accommodating, and very friendly. The mechanics replaced several marker lights while they were finishing the headlight, and we had our "fob" batteries replaced as well All the work was done in under an hour, and the Hyannis Toyota team really made us feel welcome. In fact, once they knew we were from out of town, they had plenty of recommendations (restaurants, pirate museums, etc.) for us. My wife and I were very impressed, and very happy to have such a dedicated team help us out, on a Saturday, an hour before closing!

Hyannis Toyota has always been a place near and dear to my heart since the Bill Harmon years. However, this was my first experience as a customer; and I am enthusiastic to say that my hopes and expectations were exceeded.
Working with Jeremy Holzworth was an absolute pleasure. He has an excellent ability to connect with the customer at level that best suits them. Jeremy is thorough, patient, and willing to go the extra mile.
Finally, I love my new Tacoma, and while I am certain it will last me, when the time comes for my next vehicle, Hyannis Toyota will be where it is purchased.
