  The Huss team helped me out…twice. First and foremost they helped me fight a DUI - marijuana charge to a conclusion that saved me a lot of time, money, and stress. Throughout the process they kept me informed and appraised of all scenarios. Secondly, after due time, they again helped me “set aside” the misdemeanor. It was by far the lowest I ever felt, the day I was pulled over, but with the results the Huss team fought for me, I was able to regain my life, my honor, and the life I lived after was as happy as I dared to dream during those difficult times. I am truly and deeply appreciative of their efforts on my behalf. Do not wander the court system yourself, hire the professionals who know the system inside and out. Hire Huss Law.

  After experiencing a domestic violence incident that I never foresaw coming I found myself frantically seeking legal representation. Arizona is my secondary state of residence, and I was extremely unfamiliar with the DV laws and why I was arrested as a victim. I went straight to Google to find the top lawyers in the Phoenix area for domestic violence. Every lawyer that I called had a secretary answer with the response that they would give me a call back to schedule a consultation. When I called Jeremy’s office I was shocked, because not only did he personally answer the phone, he also dropped everything to give me a consultation on the spot. He heard my charges, was extremely empathetic, and developed a clear plan for our next steps. I was thoroughly impressed with his years of experience as a criminal prosecutor and the relationships he has built with the courts. Throughout our process he kept me updated, reassured me that he would get me back to my normal life, and was confident that my charges would more than likely be dropped based on the activity that occurred. I am excited to share that Jeremy was RIGHT, my case was not filed and he even refunded me as we did not proceed to court.   I interviewed several lawyers around town before deciding on Huss Law Firm. They easily stood out at the most confident, experienced, professional, and compassionate of the bunch!
